I feel like in my opinion Diana will help your ex husband or wife by not fighting for you to the fullest on child support or custody. That's what I feel like happened to me. She was rude in my opinion. After paying her after 20k + she ended up basically pushing me to just make an agreement and said "a judge would give my ex these things".. example my ex husband got a hardship of 2K which helped him lower his CS. Dude never had a hardship before until I hired her..... She also told me a judge would enforce me to partially pay travel cost which also lowered his CS! (I don't work I take care of my 4 year old autistic son and he is in military and constantly travels) Don't go here my ex husband lawyer from Shanks lawyer office is honestly where I wish I would've went. For family law they will send you to Diana and you will completely regret it I promise you. Not to mention my cousins ex also hired her and she told me that even though it wasn't her lawyer during one of the rooms in court my cousin felt like she was kinda being more helpful towards her . WILD DONT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A woman looking for a good lawyer to help you with custody and child support. I honestly wouldn't go to any lawyer do it yourself. All they do is pretend to fight for you then use there power at the end to force you to agree on things. Vultures in my opinion. You will get so much more if you just go up there and talk to a lawyer yourself. Plus Diana seemed irritated all the time and didn't even attend 3 hours in on his me of the trial days... because she was in the courtroom with another client. So unprofessional how they double book clients on the same day! Don't go here that's my opinion. Seems like my ex actually benefited from me picking this law firm. He tried taking custody of my son I had for 10 years and didn't win but I know God is on my side and what he brings together let no man separate. I'm speaking off my horrible experience I wish I just did this alone. I honestly have no clue how there reviews even are at 3 stars. My concerns I told her and what I wanted her to fight for completely got ignored. It was the most uncomfortable experience I ever had. I'm speaking off my opinion and hopefully people see this.

Did not feel she did anything to protect me, nor my assets. 3 years and ended up with nothing. Do not even hire her for child custody. Mediation after mediation, never argued in any way to protect nor give me custody. Her statement was "that's California laws for you". That is not something a client wants to hear.
