Since free government phones began being distributed at the location, I have repeatedly encountered people loitering around the office and parking lot. The atmosphere has become uncomfortable and, in my opinion, completely inappropriate for a professional notary business. The last straw was when I was approached in the parking lot and asked if I wanted to buy meth. I had my 10-year-old daughter in the car at the time.
