We had to contact a plumber 1 month after they were here, for backed up septic. When I called to inquire, I was told that they did thier job. The plumber took pictures and assured me that they did not. They would not even listen. They accused us both of lying. They done us wrong very wrong. Had to pay plumbers plus have it pumped again.

I tried to contact Boswell and Son first but they never responded to my emails or the one or two calls I made. I got a hold of another company that came out and did the septic pumping and a complementary inspection as well. Once everything was done I was told that I needed some major repairs to my system and each item was shown to me and explained on why it was a problem. Each item I was told is from age and should have been known by the last servicing company and owner. I did reach out to Boswell and Son about the issues found and I was offered a replacement cover based on the assumption his technician forgot to mention the distribution box cover was replaced by a stone for a walkway. I would say if the technician forgot to mention he also forgot to mention a few other items. The listed items are what I was told were either issues with the septic system or items against code. If these items would have been pointed out to me at the time of the inspection I would not have purchased this home. I have tens of thousands of dollars of repairs and code correction am responsible for now. Blake Boswell has informed me that he is not responsible for the items found due to the environment and weather at the time could have hid some items such as the back flushing. Also, the code violations are not his responsibility to point out even if they are known. Distribution box cracked and deteriorated Lid for distribution box missing and replaced with landscape stone Drain field not draining correct (Drain fields were back flushing into distribution box) Items pointed out against code Deck build on top of train field Garage built on top of part of drain field.

Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. Their pricing was also very reasonable AND they had a 25% off coupon for new customers. SOLD. Wayne and Tyson showed up earlier than expected, which was wonderful, and got straight to work. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!! The actual pumping process was very quick, and they replaced the lid and filled the hole back in, good as new.
