Some standout dishes: "Bacon Bites" - Conecuh sausage wrapped in bacon and served with a tangy barbecue sauce, "Cuban Crostinis" - simple but soo good, and "Cali Steak Skewers" - Tri-Tip Steak perfectly seared with an amazing sweet and savory steak sauce. Chae and Nico are so fun and easy to work with, and Richard Bishop and the back of house team do a exceptional job. I've seen them do buffets for intimate groups to MASSIVE wedding receptions to seated dinners for over 300 people and absolutely kill it. Seriously the only catering company you ever need to know. We mostly communicated through email. I was kind of a pain and changed my menu and my pickup times several times. Not a problem for them. I well definitely use Tre Luna catering again.

It's a busy time of year with holiday parties but they made it absolutely perfect. The tables were set and ready by noon so that florals could be placed well in advance. They have an over-achiever event director, Courtney Swaid Mince, that treats us vendors just as professionally as she treats her clients. According to my client, Courtney created additional decor without additional charge. And imagine our surprise as a vendor to see the votives we used with the table centerpieces were cleaned and packed along with the florals for us to pick -up immediately after the event. Who does that?! We look forward to working with B&A again.
