Got the Cheeseburger. No need for the double. Size of one is big enough. And the size of helping of fries. I couldn't finish it all. Now my go to for a good burger.

    Nice packaging Food Truck, 06/21/2021

This Food Truck was in the area, 06/21/201. I took a look at the menu earlier in the day, so I knew exactly what I wanted. I went with the Spicy Italian Sausage Stuffed Boululatta and a side of Cream Cheese Ranch. I really enjoyed this!!! The more I cut into it, the more I saw the sausage wrapped around. They definitely do not skimp on the meat. The bread is so fresh and topped with the Hey Bebe butter. All this combined with the cream cheese ranch made for a very filling meal. The owner and the young lady there were so nice and welcoming. I will definitely check them out again!!!

    Potato skins

This was another food truck I tried while attending Pelham Palooza. I'd seen this food truck before at a brewery in Alabaster, Al but I didn't try it out then. I ordered potato skins and the portion size was quite generous! I did not like ALL the shredded cheese on top ... unmelted shredded cheese at that. Other than that , the dish was tasty and filling. I also wish it was served a little bit hotter. Can't have it all , huh? The prices seem reasonable and fair. I can't wait to try more of their menu items because there's a nice variety to pick from. Check them out if you haven't . I know it says caterer but this is also a mobile food truck.

We purchase two King Cakes and they were the worst I have ever had. I am from Louisiana and I hate to say but I am very disappointed.

We were greeted promptly and took a few minutes to look at the menu. I LOVE roast beef, so it peaked my interest. My wife chose the Smiley burger. We placed our order and grabbed a seat. Place was quiet even though it was probably 75% full for lunch. Roast beef was served hot in toasted sour dough. Cheddar, tomato, lettuce and horseradish topped the generous portion of roast beef. Bread was crisp and the beef was hot and juicy. Horseradish gave a nice tangy flavor. My wife's Smiley burger was hand patted. Juicy and perfectly cooked. Bun was soft inside and nicely toasted in the outside. Bread and butter pickles, onion, tomato and lettuce topped it off. But the star of the show were the fries cooked in beef tallow!! Hot and salty, crispy and a deep flavor. I would come back just for the fries. Although a little bit pricey for lunch, it was excellent! Staff were friendly and attentive! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks for an awesome lunch and excellent experience!

Couldn't decide what to try, so since it was lunch time we got the pulled pork sandwiches. That is a ton of meat on just one sandwich! It doesn't come with any sides, but you don't need them when you have fresh, tender pulled pork on a nice soft bun. It comes dressed with his own signature sauce, though I'm sure he could put it on the side or whatever if you wanted. Only had enough cash for lunch, but he apparently also usually has his bottled sauces available for purchase, too. Next time I look forward to trying the polish sausage or the bbq nachos.

After going back in that direction, I took a chance. 02/05/2021, located in Alabaster across from CVS Hwy 119. Checked Yelp to see if there was a menu since it was dark and I wasn't in a hurry to exit my car, I sat deciding what I wanted. Someone comes to my car (maybe the owner) stating they were getting ready to close (530pm). I decided on the polish sausage without cheese, $8. He proceeded to let the others know my order before I made it to the window. There was enough for at least 3 servings. Nice sauce, plenty of ground beef mixed with onions and peppers (I love onions and peppers). Looking forward to the brisket.
