Upon fitting and adjusting the eyeglass frames, one of the arms broke in half. The sunglasses had the wrong tint. The salesclerk told me I could take the sunglasses home and wear them until the new lenses came in. She said she was putting a rush on the order. After 2 weeks, neither the new frames or the lenses had arrived. Upon examining the frames of the sunglasses, I became aware that they were not the colour that I ordered. I tried on, ordered, and paid for black. What they sent was tortoise shell with a bit of black. So, wrong tints and wrong lenses. After all of this, they said that the eyeglass frames are on back order. I paid by debit, which is instant payment. I was informed that if I wanted a refund, it would have to be by cheque. Of course, the bank will put a hold on their cheque of probably 2 weeks. So, they have had my $1749.00 for over a month, and I have nothing. Furthermore, I will have to wait another couple of weeks for their cheque to clear. Purchasers beware. I expected better from this retailer. Disgraceful customer service. Completely lost confidence in this retailer and their supplier. Disgraceful. 4
