My issue isn't that they were behind; it's the lack of communication, especially after I specifically brought it up twice. A quick text or phone call would have allowed me to adjust my schedule rather than arriving and waiting. I went with a shimmery light purple for both fingers and toes; although you could choose two different colors. The representative lead me back to my chair. On the way, we passed a fully stocked bar. He offered me a drink, but I declined. I had two technicians working on me at the same time - a lady did my fingernails while a man worked on my feet and toenails. While I appreciate the efficiency of this, it makes it harder to relax when you are being pulled and pushed around by two different people. The good news is that they were in sync for the massage part of the show. I was given the opportunity to pay in advance of the nail polish being applied so that I wouldn't mess up my polish. I gave her my card, but really, I should have waited longer after the service was done because I ended up messing up my nails when I reached in to get my keys. I guess if you have the new bluetooth key, this won't affect you at all. Since I tend to mess up my polish pretty quickly, I usually do a clear or nude polish. I should have done it this time too, but it was fun to try a color. They had lots of empty chairs, so I could have sat there for longer.
