They're pretty good on time and if you're early, there's a snack area and drinks in the fridge! The studio is decked out based on each holiday and it definitely had a welcoming entrance. The lash beds are large couches that flip in, they look really cute and is super unique. Erinne does a great job at explaining everything that is going on. She puts on my gel packs and then sets me up. She provides an update on my lash status which I love. Please note that they charge by the hour so you can choose how filled you want your lashes to be. Erinne worked with me on my length, style, and how I wanted the look to be. Overall a great experience and I'll be coming back regularly.
