I swear I've scheduled sooo many appointments with her and she always cancels.. I mean last minute cancellations!! I do understand that things happen and especially with having children.. BUT when you're running your own business you should have options In place for those times when "things come up!" I kid you not.. Ashley has used ever excuse in the book on me... Eg: her baby was sick, the kids father couldn't pick the kid up, the owner of the salon was having work done and didn't tell her and the power was out, her car wouldn't start.... Bullshit!!!!! And with all of these excuses she never once called/text to reschedule.. I was always reaching out to her and waiting for her to respond whenever she felt like it... But I will include that her lashes are nice and affordable but with all the bs you go through to get them is extremely unprofessional... And her response is "You can find someone else to service your needs" ... Oh trust I will.... So please be aware of the bullshit she pulls...

I know I was being annoying or picky and she never made me feel that way even tho I knew I probably was. But come on now girls, we can't play when it comes to our looks! Tiyi made me feel so comfortable and we chatted it up! It wasn't those weird awkward experiences and that makes allll the difference. The vibe in her studio was so chill and can we talk about how FAST she works?!!' She deff knows what she's doing. I was nervous like umm how did she seriously finish this fast ?! But after getting the mirror and taking a look I was over the moon! And it didn't end there, what's the next thing you get worried about? Retention. 5/5 Stars - Beyond Talented with a Heart of Gold! I have…read morebeen going to Michelle at Promise Lash in Temple City for seven years, and shame on me for taking this long to write the review she so truly deserves! Today was a wonderful testament to not only Michelle's incredible skill, but also her incredible heart. She casually mentioned to me today that my very first appointment with her was way back in September 2011--or as she playfully puts it, "9/11." It reminded me of just how accommodating she has been all these years. With my crazy schedule, I rarely book far in advance; instead, I'm famous for sending her last-minute "911" texts asking if she has any openings. Even though she loves to tease me about how "busy" I am, she always finds a way to squeeze me in and save the day! Beyond her flexibility, her work is top-notch. Michelle carefully selects the best lashes tailored specifically to my eyes, giving me a fresh, vibrant, and youthful glow. Her work is so seamless and flattering that I've completely stopped wearing makeup (except for a lip gloss!) and have fully embraced a "natural beauty" routine--all thanks to her! Plus, her prices are wonderfully budget-friendly (around $40 to $60 for a classic set, depending on the style), making high-quality lash care accessible and sustainable. Most importantly, Michelle is a business owner with a true heart of gold. She genuinely cares about her clients and community. When I was preparing to travel to a third-world country with a non-profit organization to serve Christmas Eve meals, Michelle stepped up and helped raise funds. Her generosity directly helped provide over 300 meals to people in need so they could enjoy a special holiday meal. If you are looking for someone who provides phenomenal quality, reasonable prices, exceptional service, and genuinely cares about people, look no further. Michelle is simply the best!

She's truly a BOSS, and it shows in the passion and care she puts into her work! Before we even got started, she took the time to go through pictures of my previous lash sets, listen to what I wanted, and explained what she could realistically achieve based on the current health of my natural lashes. I really appreciated her honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish! And can we talk about her curved lash chair?! SO comfortable! It made the application process so much more relaxing, which is such a plus when you're lying there for an extended period of time. The final results were EVERYTHING I wanted and more!
