I called the salon four days in a row, left voicemails, and even spoke to someone who promised I'd get a call back from an esthetician. I gave them my name and number and then they completely ghosted me. What frustrates me the most is not just the bad service, it's the fact that no one cared. No follow-up, no accountability, no refund. If Sweet Peach wants to call itself a professional beauty business, maybe they should start by hiring women who are actually skilled in the services they offer, not just people who couldn't pass a math class and thought being an esthetician would be "easy." I would never recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or their eyes.

While the procedure itself is a bit uncomfortable (my mother always said beauty is pain) it wasn't actually painful. It took about an hour & was worth both time & money cuz I now have what appear to be actual eyebrows. You wouldn't know they were tattooed if I didn't tell you. Alicia did a fantastic job & I will definitely continue coming back. Only bummer is she is so crazy booked with customers, but I think that also says a lot about the quality of work. Sooooo extremely upset and disappointed in the service I got. I had to get my lash extensions taken off recently because of the frequent irritation and pinching they caused because they were constantly put too close to the eyelash line. At one point because of how close they were to the lash line, -because that can cause clogged ducts- I got a stye. Not to mention tightness on my eyelashes/eyelid when I closed my eyes. After now having them out I have almost no lashes left, and; less lashes than I had before, AFTER her telling me that eyelash extensions promote eyelash growth. I saw an up close video of my lashes that the woman who took them off recorded and it was awful. Just as an example, from the video I saw my real lashes were clumped and glued together (which to the extent I had is NOT supposed to happen) and a TON -I cannot stress the insane amount of lash extensions there were- of the fans made to create the Volume Lashes I had, were glued onto just 4 of my natural lashes, ("fans" are multiple eyelashes glued together to create one longer/thicker looking lash, used in a volume set,) these things are some of the many reasons that explains the pain & irritation I experienced during having lash extensions on. It also explains why my natural lashes are currently almost non-existent. Currently my eyes are red and swollen, and so irritated. I am relieved that they are off, but I genuinely wish I could get back all of the money I spent on these because they were not once done correctly any of the times I got them filled (which was not many). None of my reactions were due to allergy so I can gauruntee that was not a factor. I would absolutely not suggest getting your lashes done here. She is a polite woman but it definitely seems what she told me about the process and benefits were not accurate, and they were not done correctly. read more

She rescheduled me for the following week. Again, I am almost to the salon, and called to let her know I would be a few minutes late. She asked me if I had gotten her text that morning? She stated she had texted to cancel, as her daughter had a Dr appt. When I checked, she had texted me at 12:15, as I was leaving, not that morning. I was starting to feel upset, and asked her when could she do my hair? She said she couldn't fit me in for another month! I even asked, since she canceled me, couldn't she fit me in sometime earlier? Nope, she's totally booked! I would have given a 4 star rating (as the color is awesome,, but the haircuts were nothing exceptional). I gave her a 2 as her time management is horrible for a business owner. My time is valuable too, and to cancel 3 times, an hour before my appt, is very rude, and not professional. I always tip about 30%, as I want my stylist to know I appreciate all they do, but I don't appreciate being Jerked around. I will be looking elsewhere. Thank you for listening.

My daughter attends MLHS, we've only officially moved into area less than 2 weeks and she's only been attending the HS for less than a month. She has a winter dance today, so I get on yelp earlier this week to find a nail shop. This place popped up and I messaged (after hours and I believe after 9pm, to inquire about nail services) I got a response same evening (I didn't check it til the next day, but still, it was there waiting for me) and referred me directly to the nail tech Christy. I texted her and she responded back and I was able to secure appt for today (MLHS winter dance day! Woot woot). Her nails look great for tonight! The take away from this is... 1) Quick response even after hours, which kept me going. 2) Christy's customer service and kindness (should be my #1, but trying to capture experience from beginning to end) 3) Being engaged with customers...I went there for my daughter...*remember I said I was new to area. I asked about oil changes. She mentioned Grease Monkey and her experience...I read the reviews last week on them, but with her sharing her short experience with them...I went there. And IM VERY HAPPY I DID! 4) Yep have to give it up again to Christy...being in customer service, I do know how it is. Thanks for making us feel welcomed!
