I stopped waxing due to a bad reaction a few years ago. I started threading in OKC then in Norman (both a 45 minute haul for me). Same service, price, and quality so I'm not hating on either one. It's just that since it was inconvenient I let the visits in between lapse longer than I should have resulting in caterpillars above my eyes. Now that I have found the same quality, price, and service super convenient to me I'm hooked. I can go weekly like I should. Yeah weekly...I have an au naturale unibrow that I must keep at bay. I do like that it's not in a mall and I can park right up front. It used to take longer find a parking spot than the actual service.

While the lady was very sweet I left with this choppy haircut - way more than an inch was cut here! I'm truly saddened by this experience, yes hair will grow back but I sure do miss my old unhealthy long hair! I am giving her one star for her waxing (eyebrows and lip) and she was very sweet. I should've spoke up at the end, I was shocked that it was short, I told myselfit will grow back- it's when I got in the car and then played with it at home I noticed how choppy and uneven it was!!! Highly disappointed. Fine, bored straight hair is hard to cut. If you can't cut it please state that and give what the customer asked for.... a trim not a whole other haircut!

I wanted to talk about a no show charge and was told she'd reach out and she never did (that was weeks ago). I reached out the day before my appointment to try and let her know, no response just a charge the next day. Not even a partial fee, she charged the FULL amount for the service for nothing. SINCE she's never tried to reconcile let alone communicate I chose to leave a review.

But European Wax Center in Yukon does a pretty decent job. The girls are so so sweet and helpful. This was for my 13 year old self conscious daughter and she walked out of there just beaming. The ONLY reason, I gave it 4 stars is because they did take a tad bit too much off of my daughter's left brow (the right side of the picture). My daughter noticed it later in the evening along with the fact that they left a lot behind, in the middle of her brows. But I showed her how to fill it in and she was fine. ALSO!!! They have a special going on right now, your first session is FREE!!!!! So I paid a whopping $5 tip for my daughter's brows. All-in-all, my girl is happy therefore, so am I.

This was my first time so I was really nervous and my waxer- Beth- could not have made my experience any better than it already was.
