Kelsey is located within Soul Core Wellness on the second floor and her room is very clean and cozy. I came to get a brow wax. I was tired of trying out different estheticians who kept butchering my brows. It took me a year to get them to a fuller look and I was a little nervous to get some clean up done. Kelsey is pretty young, but she went to Paul Mitchell which is a good school and she asked me a lot of questions prior to starting in with the wax which is so refreshing. My brows turned out perfect and her prices were reasonable. I can't comment on her other services such as facials but I believe she can customize based on your needs and she uses a lot of small brands that are organic and food based.

I assumed the quick one would be comped so went ahead. But, no. I was charged for the full treatment. And the treatment was inferior at that. Had had better experiences with facials and booked one at the new location -- my last booking, I was called about half hour before the appointment time and told that the esthetician had to go home. I was fed up, and also wanting a service done that my old esthetician didn't provide. By chance I found Jenny, and haven't looked back and that was almost two years ago. Not only is Jenny sweet, clean and talented - she is genuinely invested in her clients. Not only does she know what she's doing, but she's not going to suggest anything unnecessary. I asked her about her different facial and peel options, and when she could've up sold me and tried to talk me into her most expensive peel, she listened to what I was wanting and used her knowledge of my skin type to suggest a peel that was better suited to my skin - which has never looked better than it does now. I called to schedule a consultation and meet with one of the estheticians. Here's the thing I didn't like: I felt like I had to pry information, almost like I had to ask all of the questions instead of being educated on what to expect, etc. However, when I did ask questions, there were answered with gentleness. The service was quick 10 mins if that. I got up and asked a few more questions (thing I didn't like), purchased some sunscreen, and scheduled another appointment. The ladies were really nice and welcoming and helped me determine a sunscreen to meet my needs. Overall, the experience was good, I just didn't like the "consultation" portion. If I didn't ask it, then I wouldn't have known it. Like I'm still really unsure if the things I'm currently doing are okay. Lol.
