This is what she did and blaming it on me saying that I have pieces of my eyebrow missing I have never had a problem with the lady that was in a chair next to her and she told me I should've waited on her.... Well I'm sorry I didn't think that she was incompetent at doing her job !! The other person had someone in her chair ... so when she called me over I went to her ... this was so unacceptable... and after this I doubt I will ever be back ... who knows how long this will take to grow back I should've knew something was wrong when her thread kept breaking as she was threading my brows smh .. I've been going here twice a month for the past 2 years ... so clearly it's a her problem !!

My face feels fresh and so clean after an amazing facial massage, hydrofacial cleanse, red light therapy and lymphatic drain today. Freda is a wonderful, so friendly, warm and a knowledgeable aesthetician. She takes the time to make sure she knows your skin history, your routine, your concerns and expectations for your appointment. She is so right that your skin says a lot about how healthy you are or aren't.

This is ridiculous, and I won't let it slide. I have full proof of my appointment--including screenshots of the booking clearly showing their business name, location, and time. If this continues and you persist in making false claims without accepting your mistake and If you continue trying to irritate me, I might have to take this an other way. She finally started with me at 6:25 PM--10 minutes late even by the scheduled time. What upset me more was the constant upselling. She pushed for bikini waxing and tried to talk me into facials I never asked for. I know what services I want, and I'm paying out of pocket--I don't need to be pressured into more. I've had lashes done before, and I was on the fence about doing it again, but I LOVED these lashes! I was over the moon with her artistry! So, for the Holy Grail part of the review - Friday the 18th (one full week later!) we took a door-less helicopter ride around Oahu. We were told we'd be in Category 4 hurricane type wind for a whole hour. I panicked - figured my lashes were goners, even with my sunglasses! Well, if I lost even ONE lash, you'd never know! Her lashes defy hurricanes! :-) As the following week went on, I might have lost one or two here and there, but you'd never know it - even today (2 & 1/2 weeks later), they still look really good!
