My appointment that was much needed was canceled for an emergency from a wedding party she was doing that weekend. I said fine. She assured me she would take care of me and I am in dire need because I am going away and I cant even get a text message back. If this is how you treat first time lash wearers with concerns then I don't need to return. Once again the original visit was a pleasure its just after you are on your own.

I have long dark but super straight lashes and get volume light extensions (with adjustments to the shape of my eyes). Lien is super accommodating and it is SO easy to make an appointment through text. regarding covid-19, Lien is very clean and the bed thing you lay down on has fresh paper on top, the same kind they use at the doctors office when you sit on the chair. Masks are required and she washes her hands thoroughly before starting. i will say that sometimes there is a little wait from the beginning of your appointment time but it's not an issue for me, but plan accordingly. the biggest thing is that my eyelashes always look amazing and lien is the sweetest lady ever. if you like to talk during your session she is very friendly. if you're like me and you just like to nap during it, she doesn't mind that as well. i love coming to love skin care for my eyelashes, and i have been going back for a while now and will keep going back because the value and the end result are amazing.
