I then get a phone call less than 24 hours before my appointment confirming with a different stylist. They said Sylvia was "booked up" (I KNOW. Booked by ME) and that they switched me to someone else. Never called me to tell or ask, and treating all other appointments as if they're more significant than mine for some reason. No offer to rectify the situation. Not sure why MY appointment seemed inconsequential to move around. Now I'll be doing my own hair for my own shower. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible, terrible service.
