A Friend of a Friend told me about yelp to use to search for reviews honestly i choose this place because of the name...Lash out Loud (cute) the lady was very nice i went on her site and printed my coupoun and saved 20.00. My Lashes turned out really nice, and i cant stop looking at myself in the mirror, and i've had lots of compliments. This place was a total nightmare! It screamed SKETCHY from the moment I walked in. I got sucked into a Groupon deal and walked out of the salon crying. She literally glue little individual clusters of lashes, like the ones you buy from Target, onto my lashes. In addition to the terrible application and products, the salon was filthy. It's not even a salon. It's a small room she rents in a building. She had her next client waiting in the room while she was applying the lashes, too! I felt so uncomfortable. She would also answer the phone while she was working. Completely unprofessional! The worst part about it was her fingers smelled like she had just scratched her sweaty bottom!! Bought a deal on living social a week ago. I have called and left several messages and each phone call it goes straight to voice mail. I tried one last time Friday and again went straight to voicemail and now the voice mail is full. The voicemail message isn't even a business recording it is the generic system generated message. I was lucky enough to get a refund from living social but I was disappointed as I was going on a trip but after reading the other reviews looks like I dodged a bullet. Very unprofessional. After purchasing deals through Groupon (they are not to blame) my friend and I made two appointments (to get eyelash extensions for her wedding) with Lash Out Loud in Fort Worth, TX for Sunday 9/30/2012 at 2:00pm and 3:00pm. When we arrived we went into the building where they share office space with other small businesses. We were a little early for the first appointment but when we found the suite, there was a note taped to the door from a customer that had come by on 9/29/2012 for their appointment and no one showed up and that the voice mailbox was full. We too tried to call 817-975-6704, the number listed for the company with the same result. I do not recommend anyone do business with this establishment. The absolute worst! I have since found other reviews regarding this place and it appears as if they have a bad habit of poor service. RIDICULOUS!!!! Can't post comment without giving them a star!! If I could give this zero stars I would but as that is not an option, I had to go with one. I had an appointment today at 2:00 to meet with Storri for eyelash extensions and waited for an hour for her to show up - only she never did. So maybe she does great lashes - I wouldn't know, but the fact that she never called or emailed to cancel tells me she isn't very professional. I tried several times to call her but her "business" phone goes straight to voice mail and the mail box is always full so you can't leave a message. I am thinking now her voice mail box is full of angry messages from pissed off clients. read more

Lash Out Loud A.K.A. Eyelash Dallas is the biggest waste of time and money you'll ever spend. Soooo unprofessional - was an HOUR late for my appointment, (answering phone constantly to talk to friends) not even real lash extensions, but tabs, and you'll end up having your eyes glued shut. 2 hours and 45 minutes, $100 and ALL my lashes were gone within a week. On the website there is no contact phone number just email, emailed them for an appointment two weeks ago, still mo response. Called the number on the coupon and it's disconnected. Searched the web for additional numbers, one wrong number and another disconnected. Tried to reach yourbestdeals.com for refund and have had no response. BEWARE!!!!! read more

Would never recommend this to a friend. My lashes hurt the next day from being all clumped together with too much glue. I had to cut a few free just for relief. They also all fell out by the next week. It is definitely not worth the money. Also, Story was very unprofessional. She continuously answered or looked at her phone during the process and should have been using both hands, not one, to install the extensions. I am doubting that she has had any certification to be doing these. read more

Horrible experience! I got there on time and had to wait an hour and half! The room is so tiny and dark! She answers her phone and texted the whole time! She talked about personal stuff way to much. The extensions are not single piece they are big tabs clumped together. They are so uncomfortable And hurt! She got something in my eye it burned so bad and watered for hours. They started to fall of on the way home. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Beware do not go! I will only go to lash lounge from here on out! I went there and had them take the one off that haven't fallen off. she couldn't believe how bad of a job they were. My news look great, much better experience at the Lash Lounge and they didn't even hurt me ;) don't go to Lash Out Loud! Or Eyelash Dallas they are the same place! read more

If it weren't for a deal on Living Social, I would NEVER have made this appointment in the first place. She was rude on the phone while taking my appointment. I would have hung up on her and called an actual salon to have them done professionally based on the phone call alone but I had already paid for it. I show up to a random, seedy building, go in and wait for 20 minutes before receiving a TEXT that she'll be 30 minutes late due to a toothache... 45 minutes into my appointment and she still hasnt' shown up so I leave. Pulling in an hour late and again texts to say that maybe she can do it later that day if she feels up to it. When I refuse service she goes on about charity work and how she's not doing this for the money. I have never been blown completely away by such horrible service in my life. I can't imagine what she could have done to my face! read more

Multiple problems here...late, unprofessional (on personal calls and hygiene - hands smelled of cigarette smoke). No license was even visable so am doubtful that this is a legit operation. Violations - dropped and reused tweezers. Attempted to sell me more sessions even before I had my first set. These aren't individual lashes, but tabs that clumped so badly that it took 4 months for my lashes to grow back in properly after they fell out from the glue. Even a FREE set coupon wouldn't be worth it. read more

Bought a Groupon in August and tried in Sept, Oct and Nov to get an appointment. Could never get a return call and most of the time the voice maibox was full. I tried all numbers I could find on website. With the holidays, I forgot about it. I found it again last week and contacted Groupon who gave me a new web address. Scheduled an appt thru the web scheduler, received 2 confirmation emails and a text confirmation. Drove from Burleson and guess what? No one was present at LOL. I left two more voice messages and finally received a return call and was told that she was in Houston and that I should have never been able to make the appointment. She then went on to say that she wasn't accepting Groupons. She told me that Groupon was aware of this. I am not sure who I am more irritated with, LOL or Groupon. I have asked Groupon for a full refund and will not recomment LOL to anyone due to the lack of return calls and poor scheduling practices. After reading the other reviews, I am thinking I may have dodged a bullet here tho. read more

Had a similar experiences as the others on here. She was late for the first appointment has me waiting an hour and then I had to call back to reschedule. Should of learned my lesson the first time. Made a second appointment. Again had to wait for her to get there and while she was applying the lashes she continued to answer personal phone calls. I was not happy with the way lashes looked, looked very fake and not natural like i have had before.Went home and removed them immediately. Save your money I wish I would of saw this post before I purchased.I went back to my previous lash person, its a drive but its done the way i like it and she is very professional. Your better off buying lashes at a drug store, quicker and look better. read more
