Before I booked we had a video consultation and she answered all of my questions and gave me a ton of information to read about what to expect during and after the treatment. It made me really comfortable and excited to make this investment. After the service, she had a kit with products and instructions on what to do and expect for about 2 weeks following. I booked a touch up at about the 1 year mark because it's generally recommended. However, once I got there, she took a look and informed me that I didn't need a touch up, but just a brow wax. I really appreciated this level of honesty and integrity as a business owner. There is a huge price difference between any permanent makeup procedure and a simple wax so she didn't make as much as she would have expected today. However her commitment to doing what's best for me as a client and my skin really made me feel good. I don't really do any lash services but would definitely patron Faux Real if I should in the future. Also, my eye brows look incredible! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The space is clean and welcoming. I appreciate the ease of scheduling online and even paying the deposit when I book. All scheduling and payment is through the Vagaro app, which I appreciate because you can link a credit card there and not have to go through any weird cash app or Zelle situation at the completion of your service.
