On Friday, I received a confirmation text for my Saturday appointment. Later in the day, I received a message that my appointment was changed. The stylist had changed an appointment that was later in the month without asking me, and I assumed naturally that it was for my upcoming appointment. Since I missed this appointment because of the confusion she created, they charged me a cancellation fee of $75.00. This is not the first time I have paid for mistakes like this and poor calls on the part of the owner. What's worse is I never confirmed the appointment that they are charging me for now. Don't go here unless you plan on paying high cancellation fees for their mistakes.
