The prices are affordable, the staff is super friendly, and the nails are better than anything you can find. I work as a cashier and I'm pretty hard on my nails but these did not budge. Towards the end, however, they began to start cracking but it was only on the edges and I extended the wait time until my next appointment. I got compliments on my nails everywhere I went and they were exactly what I asked for. You can show them a photo of anything you want and they'll replicate it. Will def be coming back again!!!

It was very narrow meaning that my arms went off the table to both sides. I spent my entire service clasping my hands over my belly just to maintain comfort. The sink is too low meaning that you are reclined all the way back at an angle that hurts the back. The servicer had no bolster so I had to keep my knees up to keep my back from really being stiff after staying in that position for 90 minutes. After my service, the servicer did not ask me how my service was.... Because I think she was able to see all that went wrong on this visit. I enjoyed the headspa but I would look for another spa to get the service. When I left, I had a head and neck ache from the uncomfortable position I was in for the 90 minutes.

I asked for a mani pedi and before I left asked to get my underarms waxed. My underarms still have tons of hair under them about 1/4 inch long, they left excess lotion and nail polish on my skin and fingers and excess cotton ball. They also somehow got glue on my fingers and I didn't get acrylic.Dealing with my pretty well kept nails and dealing with me as a customer felt like they had an agenda against me by the car I drive (an older model Toyota with sunspots), because trust me they were definitely judging. Then they advertise that the services are 20% off. THEY WERE NOT AND THEY UPCHARGED ME 10$! ON EACH SERVICE!! I don't think I'll ever be back here and I'm perfectly fine with that. Chelsea did the tattoo laser for me. She explained everything in detail and made me feel as comfortable as possible. She is so sweet & educated & loves what she does - you can really tell. Appointment is not required, but is recommended. I went on a Friday and they were able to fit me right in with a consultation and first session. They have a nice, quiet waiting room. It's cheaper to buy more sessions in bulk. Available in 3,6, or 8 sessions per tattoo. After the laser, the healing went exactly as she said and there were no complications. I applied aquaphor as directed and that's all that was really needed as the healing went on. After just one session, there is already a big difference and I can't wait to go back for many more!
