The tech just lays you down and starts doing stuff without really asking or confirming with you what you want, and explaining to you whether she will be using a rod, or a shield, or nothing (in my case). No, she just used a flat silicone mold that provides a look as if you just had bent your lashes with a cheap eyelash curler. At the end she just tells me to bring a photo next time, why didn't you ask me for it before starting -_-. I wrote in their intake form "natural" look, this is sooo not natural.

Normally when I have tinting and waxing done at other places I feel a little pampered, not this time. I was literally off the table and rushed out in only 15 minutes. When I mentioned to the tech that it was extremely fast she told me she had been doing this for many years and she knew how to do it quickly. I was very pleased with Marisa, she was extremely sweet and explained everything before and after my appointment. My eyelashes came out beautifully and are still looking really nice 3 weeks out. They are a bit long for everyday wear though so hopefully when I have my fills done we can place the shorter sport length lashes in. She was very nice and said it wouldn't be a problem and the extensions would help lift and open my eyes. I was told individual extension would be placed on my eyelashes. When I left she said "you won't like them for a little while give it a few days." So I gave it a few days, my eyelashes were very heavy they did not lift or open my eyes if anything they made they look closed and very fake. I fallowed all the instructions that were given. Within a few days they started falling out as this was happening I noticed the extensions were actually two strands applied to one strand of natural eyelashes. As more fell out my eyes looked more natural. I had paid for the extensions and one refill so I called to see if they could be removed instead of refilled she said she would charge me another $20 to remove even though I already paid for a refill that I wouldn't be getting. In a week exactly they were all off without having to pay an extra $20.

Their cancellation policy makes sense until you see how unflexible they are in extenuating circumstances. I've never had a business be so punitive charging 100% for a canceled service. I tried to reason with them regarding the nature of the booking and need to cancel or reschedule. My daughter has been late 10 minutes for a previous appointment, called ahead about it. Apparently this was all they could forgive and counted it as a cancellation. Another appointment my daughter was rescheduled by the salon last minute due to salon's need to reschedule and my daughter was was understanding. Now we have been charged a cancellation fee for something I tried to reasonably work out with them. Cancellation fee for a first time customer- my second daughter is 100% cost of service. They could not value our business enough to come to an amicable resolution. I will not go back. Which is too bad because we had liked the cuts enough to begin to schedule my other daughters. Typically I leave only positive reviews for businesses or no reviews at all.
