The owner sunny did my lashes and she completely screwed then up . They are short and a few fell out . I called back on my first day off thinking that it being my spa they would be helpful . There are many techs and I expressed I would be happy with any of them just fixing it . I even said I would pay for it . I was extremely polite . No one took accountability and I said I was really disappointed as I have a wedding coming up and would need to go somewhere else . They chatted in their language and said because the actual tech wasn't available no one was willing to help . So this is a terrible experience and I won't return . I used to send them a ton of business when I managed a salon . I will go to April Nails as many of my friends go there and their lashes are full and consistent. Sonia, in charge taking appointments is very caring as well (nagged me for a full 15 mins because I had to go to the gym the next morning after the appointment which is not recommended but you can tell it's because they care!) Picked out a green from their board since it would fit the mermaid theme, and turns out, they can't do the design. I paid, sat in the waiting area hating the plain green nails and asked again if they can be changed cuz it was not what I asked for. They told me I would have to pay again for the change. When Mandy Burton purchased the franchise in January 2013, I continued and have always been very satisfied with their services. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, I can no longer tan. I am diagnosed with benign Seborrheic Keratosis (SK) with residual damage that is ongoing. The treatment is repeated liquid nitrogen which is painful and unpleasant but something I will have to endure about every 4 - 6 months ongoing. I decided willingly to purchase tanning minutes and am in no way blaming Fabutan for my condition. However, I have been a client for over 15 years and with 648 minutes remaining on my package, I was hoping for an alternative, preferably self tanner lotion. On August 19/22 I left me first message requesting that Mandy Burton call me and over the next few weeks I left 4 more messages that were not returned. My call was never returned by Mandy but on September 17/22, Krista called me on Mandy's behalf. She said that Mandy was both a mother and a business owner and this did not permit her to return phone calls. Thousands of women run businesses and raise their children so this to me is not an acceptable excuse. I had to explain my situation over to Krista and her response was that she is a "licensed aesthetician" and knows that SK is a hereditary condition and nothing to do with tanning. She is partly right, it can be hereditary but according to my doctor and my dermatologist tanning beds are also to be blamed. On September 19/22 Krista phoned me again and offered 4 spray tans in lieu of my 648 minutes, I told her that I do not like spray tanning and said I would rather product instead. Although I don't understand why, Krista would not consider this as an option. I asked again that Mandy call me but it is now almost 4 months later and this has not happened. I am very disappointed but would like to leave this message for Mandy: "If you are going to have someone do your bidding for you, don't let an unqualified person give a medical opinion. It is both reckless and irresponsible."
