The movers knew they had a piano to move and didn't bring enough people to help. They damaged the piano and a coffee table. I had to tell them how to rotate a couch to get it up the steps. They didn't wrap anything and they just pushed ad pulled to get the items were they needed to be, damaging floors and walls. Haultail offered a $50 refund for the inconvenience!! REALLY!!! Bought something that the company scheduled a delivery for. Estes called when it arrived at…read moreterminal and we scheduled for a Friday Morning. On Friday I followed up to find out they did not do deliveries to this part of the city in the morning and it would be 2 pm at the latest. At 2 pm I call to find out it is still sitting on an inbound truck at the terminal. Not really sure what the point of an appointment is and them having my phone number if you are going to make me waste a day working around something that is not going to show up.
