I had a package "delivered" to me. The delivery driver took a picture and everything. Turns out the delivery driver is an independent contractor and stolen the package from my apartment complex. This company is shady af. DONT order from any company that uses LASERSHIP/Ontrac read more

They claimed my apartment is a business and didn't deliver then they needed access code which is obvious it's front of my apartment. They claim they can text before delivery or during but never did. They didn't even try to use the access pad after claiming that it was undeliverable. Stitch Fix I like but they use On Track and the strange off shoot. They can't even call if they are in front of your house. I know they didn't look at the front gate it's obviously not a business. I spent a lot of money to get nothing. This is not worth a but a negative after delivery before. If your apartment is say #5 they won't scroll to #5 on key pad, they lied they never did I waited all day too read more

They never delivered my package..... but had it as delivered... no picture nothing to verify it was delivered

This is the worst and most dishonest shipping company in this world! I've had 3 packages stolen by them since Christmas, it is now February 11th of 2026. I've had them steal 2 adidas packages and 1 Nike. Two packages out of the three were Christmas gifts. One of the packages was a big box filled with clothes and shoes and they opened the box and took what they wanted and then left the opened box on my porch, in the rain..... They must hire anyone off the street with no background check or they only hire THIEVES!!!! I guess my sneaker collecting ends until Adidas and Nike stop using such a dishonest shipping service. read more

I hate LaserShip. I love REI and for the life of me I can't figure why they use LaserShip. They are the absolute worst. Always claim that they can't verify my address, yet they have delivered here before. They have asked 3 times now if there is a door code...it's a freestanding, single family house. The best, this time they asked for the nearest cross street. Are you kidding me??? With GPS and it being the year 2022, how is this even a question? I need to remember to just have my REI stuff shipped to the store. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. My package has been there for days you can't get through and it keeps getting rescheduled not to mention no one responds to emails 12/20/19 still no package no status update and I got some generic email after posting this review see pics below read more

I ordered from Kohl's, received tracking information that my order was delivered. NOT to my house it wasn't. The tracking information included a picture of another front porch, the door is red, mine is blue so it's obvious it's the wrong house. The address visible was a 2 digit #, my house and all the addresses in my county are 4 or more digits. I haven't been able to speak to a person. The most I've been able to figure out is that there's a street with the same name 3 counties and 20+ miles from me that has this address. Too bad I have to give them a star at all, I'd rather give them a negative star. read more

LaserShip - This is not my porch. Doesn't help when the address shown is 2 digit and all the addresses in my county are 4 digit or more. - Couriers & Delivery Services Near Me - West Chester, Ohio

This company is the absolute worst ever. This company is the reason I triple check with business about who they use to ship products. If I could give this 0 stars I would. When shopping online, double, triple, quadruple check they don't use LaserShip in any capacity. Back in November 2019, I placed an order and needed it relatively quickly - which the shipping that I selected with my products indicated wouldn't be an issue. Nope - this dumpster of a company messed up the delivery so badly the store actually gave me a refund. I mistakenly hit "order" before checking last month. No surprise here, it's been almost a month and LaserShip has done *nothing.* I am once again in the process of getting a refund. I urge you to run, not walk, away from this company. read more

Terrible service from a terrible company. Item arrived in West Chester, OH 7 days ago, and has disappeared. The local office doesn't answer the phone, and the company customer service is not concerned nor willing to help. I've never heard of the company prior to this experience and apparently this is standard operating procedure for them. Any company using this outfit to deliver stuff is making a huge mistake and will not receive my business in the future. read more

Worst Company EVER!!!! Had my packaged shipped to my company...8-5 Mon-Fri. So it doesn't get stolen...We have a HUGE dock. Well LaserShip can't make it during those hours.....Umm What? during the DAY? So after trying to get them to deliver my package now for over 10 days, my Christmas gifts are going back to the sender because this company can't deliver during the day!!!!!! I've called, gave them my phone number...call me when it's there and I'll come meet you... Nope not one phone call. This company is a waste of space@!!!! read more

Claimed they delivered my Freshly orders but never did back in early 2021. Gave them two chances and I was even home on the second chance but never heard a knock and no delivery was at the door when I checked after marked delivered. read more

Wish I could give them negative stars. This is THE worse shipping company ever. I'm honestly SHOCKED they are in business. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered over two weeks ago and they kept pushing the delivery date back. Now all of a sudden it is lost. When I called apparently someone in the warehouse STOLE my package!!! I am BEHIND livid. I will NEVER ever order anything that's shipped thru this company EVER again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You will NEVER receive you package because they are known for stealing them! Worst customer service EVER. She did nothing to help and hung up on me. I reported them to BBB bc this company should be SHUT down ASAP!!! read more

This is a scam company, they forged my signature and took my package, refusing to give it back. He never came up here, I was here all day. He stole the contents of my order when I called the lady said he was a good man and sometimes he 'signs' for us. That is FRAUD and against the law. They told me it was the company I ordered from's problem to fix it and is it not. Is it yours, they will steal your orders!! Do not use them if you are a business read more

This company should be ashamed of themselves. Not responding to customers, dropping off packages to the wrong address. I am surprised that The Gap uses a shipping company that only has a one star rating. I should not have to many numerous phone calls, post pictures of the wrong house to try and find out where my order is at. I am sure this review, like all of the others will fall on deaf ears. read more

I've been trying to get in contact with someone for the past 2 weeks they don't answer the phone I have prof and screenshots of me waiting for someone to answer for almost an hour.... I had a package that was never delivered to me . They claimed they changed my address to the right address and it still went to an address I don't know !!! I wasted $96 dollars on clothes from fashion nova that I've never received!!! And fashion nova claims they can't do anything about it because it says it's delivered. (513)413-5792 read more

My packaged said it was delivered at my front door. My package is nowhere to be found. I called first thing in the morning asking the whereabouts of my package and they stated they had a picture of where the package was delivered but the description did not match my residence. I asked if the picture could be sent to me and they couldn't send it to me. They said I would have to wait until Monday (the next business day) so they could get in touch with the delivery driver to find my package. If my package does not arrive they need to be held responsible for my missing package. read more

They supposedly delivered a package to me. Nowhere to be found. An email to them says that they will make an effort to find it but that I should check all my neighbors and my yard, etc.. did that. No package. They have a customer service number where you get a recorded message telling you to call the seller. Of course, the seller tells you to call the shipper. Really, really, really crappy service. read more

I would give them negative stars if i could. Absolutely terrible. I am on probably my 5th online order that hasnt gotten to me. One order I had to have completely replaced and just haven't received the other ones. shipping Is always fine until it reaches this facility and then they get stuck here for weeks on end. If I don't start getting my packages delivered I will be filing with the better business burrow. This is absolute bull shit. I have Christmas presents that people won't be getting. read more

I am disappointed in the level of professionalism this shipping company has. My first package was never delivered, and I am still waiting for my second one. I did an investigation and nothing was found the only thing this company would say was to reach out to the vendor they should have further detail. What a joke. You would think a well-known celebrity like Rihanna would use a better shipping company for her product I am highly also disappointed in Savage X Fenty. LaserShip should get 0 Stars. read more

This is a sham of a delivery company, I don't understand why a legitimate company would tarnish their reputation by being associated with Lasership. Despite multiple attempts to contact them to remind them they're shipping to a business, with hours of 9-5:30 M-F, they never once acknowledged my messages. A $250 shipment was delivered at 8:32pm and left at our door (and stolen shortly after). A second $250 shipment was delivered at 8:00am on a Saturday morning, and left at our door! Fortunately I saw that on a security camera, raced to the office, and got it before it could be stolen. Avoid them at all costs. read more

The worst !!! No update on my where my package is. Never delivered it but says they tried to!! Can't reach anyone on phone or chat or their text number!! Should give zero stars read more

I wish I could give negative stars. My package was supposed to be delivered 12/06. It was delayed 4 different times. Only for 12/13 to come and updates completely stopped. It said there was an exception. No description, no more updates, when you call you aren't even able to talk to a person. So who knows where the package is at this point. I'm seriously shocked at how they've gone this far as a company with their lack of customer service and respect for peoples packages. Worst shipping company ever. read more

Terrible shipments! I have received two shipments from Kohl's who use this company. Both shipments were left on my sidewalk two steps from my front porch in the rain would never recommend this company read more

LaserShip has had my package since 11/28. My package is currently at the LaserShip West Chester location, where it has been since 12/13. Google maps has told me that this facility is less than 15 miles from my house. It is 12/22, and at this rate I'll consider myself lucky if my package arrives before 2022. This is the worst logistics company I've ever seen. read more

I had a package delivered to my office building. Typically if a delivery service comes after hours (aka the office is closed for the day and locked), they hold onto the package and deliver it the next day during office hours. LaserShip delivered my Blue Apron box (perishable food) to my office building at 530pm (after hours), handed it to a guy named Randy (no one by the name of Randy works at my workplace), got Randy's signature, and left. Apparently Randy was nice enough to at least put the package outside our locked office suite... so if one of my coworkers had not still been in the office, my box of perishable food would have sat there all night. I wouldn't be surprised if Randy was the LaserShip guy and just signed it himself to be able to say he delivered it. read more

Hostile delivery driver called to complain about my neighbor's "foreign" name and how he could not pronounce that "damn thing." Then he refused to deliver their package. Their complaint to customer service about this was never answered. I have also had terrible experiences with them before where they would never even attempt to deliver packages or say they were delivered (but never actually were) and never answer calls. Avoid this carrier; if you order from a company that uses them, tell them about it as this behavior by a carrier is shocking. read more

The driver pulled up in an old beat up van, tossed my package out of the window into my front yard and drove off. I called customer service this morning and asked to speak with a supervisor but was told they aren't allowed to transfer calls because of high call volume. Not sure how they are still in business with all of the negative reviews. read more

Had a shoe delivery from Carters - Lasership delivery guy literally threw my package from about 8 ft from my porch.

Driver called me today because he couldn't get up the driveway. He called me wanting to leave the package by the street? Really. I asked him to leave it on the porch, this requires a 400' walk. Good news, I got the package. Bad news, I do not appreciate the trash he left in my driveway. It was a Sprite can, paper and a Chesters chicken box. The reason I know it was him is that he was the only one in the driveway all day long. We normally receive delivery from UPS when ordering from Amazon. Next time I will specify anyone but Prestige. read more

Had them deliver again today - actually do not know if they attempted to ring buzzer on our condo unit door outside building - but they never do with their other deliveries to us from other retailers. LIVID - that NORDSTROM - NOT NORDSTROM RACK - uses this shipper. I had ordered makeup that they just dumped on our building porch and sat in 86 degree temps for over 3 1/2 hours without realizing it had been delivered. On previous checking of the tracking it kept saying it was due for delivery the following day - THEN BINGO - guess what??? we got it delivered today and sat outside in extreme temps which is not the best for cosmetics. Get your act together and attempt to see if customer is home instead of the good old "dump and run" technique!!!???? Funny thing is delivery said it was "at front door" - yeah - at front door of our building outside- not at our unit door inside!!!!?????? Sorry - not buying how swamped delivery services are since COVID anymore - there has been well over a year for them to adjust to the demand and how to improve their service. Sad thing is, expecting them (Lasership) to deliver another package any day now from another retailer - cringe when I see these people are used for delivery - would rather have FEDEX than them and that is not saying much either. HAD I KNOWN this was the method of shipment used, I would have made the 30 minute trip in the first place to NORDSTROM to purchase items, because now I have to make the trip anyways to exchange the makeup. read more

Ordered from Walmart a microwave for my work. I'm on day 4 of it being delayed and saying "attempt was made need more info" meanwhile no attempt was made my work is open 11-8. I'm sure it's them being lazy not wanting to go inside and deliver the package to my store. I had a package delivered last year by this company It was way past the promised date and my security camera shows the driver flung it from the driveway towards my front door. Luckily it wasn't breakable. This year I have 2 packages (Kohl's and Under Armour) with Laser ship tracking numbers. One has been showing out for delivery since 11/28 (8 days) and the other went silent on tracking on Dec 2 (5 days). I ordered from Ulta on Black Friday and on December 6, 2020 I realized that I still hadn't received my order. I went to Ulta's website to check the status of the order and it showed that the order was delivered on November 25, 2020. We were home the entire day and no package was delivered to my home. I asked the neighbors (Funeral Home and State Farm) and neither of them got the package. I contacted Ulta and they are willing to refund most of my money but of course all of the items I ordered are now out of stock. I want to know where my package is. I can't even leave one star, this company has got to be the worst delivery company in the world. I cannot for the life of me understand why reputable companies (I ordered from Adidas) would even entertain the thought of using them. My first shipment they were responsible for was delivered to the wrong address and was signed for by an unknown person, so it was never received. When I "opened an investigation" per the website, no one from the company ever contacted me to inquire as to what happened. I received a standard response 48 hours later that they had determined the package was delivered as indicated and the investigation was closed. Fortunately, Adidas agreed to refund my money for the shoes. The second shipment I am still awaiting a status update 10 days later and have sat on the phone on hold for 2 hours trying to get a customer rep on the line - I don't think they exist. I don't even know where my package is based on the info under the tracking number. Unfortunately, this also means that I'll never order from Adidas again since they cannot make any guarantees that Lasership will not be delivering any orders! read more
