They claimed my apartment is a business and didn't deliver then they needed access code which is obvious it's front of my apartment. They claim they can text before delivery or during but never did. They didn't even try to use the access pad after claiming that it was undeliverable. Stitch Fix I like but they use On Track and the strange off shoot. They can't even call if they are in front of your house. I know they didn't look at the front gate it's obviously not a business. I spent a lot of money to get nothing. This is the worst and most dishonest shipping company in this world! I've had 3 packages stolen by them since Christmas, it is now February 11th of 2026. I've had them steal 2 adidas packages and 1 Nike. Two packages out of the three were Christmas gifts. One of the packages was a big box filled with clothes and shoes and they opened the box and took what they wanted and then left the opened box on my porch, in the rain..... They must hire anyone off the street with no background check or they only hire THIEVES!!!! I hate LaserShip. I love REI and for the life of me I can't figure why they use LaserShip. They are the absolute worst. Always claim that they can't verify my address, yet they have delivered here before. They have asked 3 times now if there is a door code...it's a freestanding, single family house. The best, this time they asked for the nearest cross street. Are you kidding me??? With GPS and it being the year 2022, how is this even a question? I ordered from Kohl's, received tracking information that my order was delivered. NOT to my house it wasn't. The tracking information included a picture of another front porch, the door is red, mine is blue so it's obvious it's the wrong house. The address visible was a 2 digit #, my house and all the addresses in my county are 4 or more digits. I haven't been able to speak to a person. The most I've been able to figure out is that there's a street with the same name 3 counties and 20+ miles from me that has this address. Too bad I have to give them a star at all, I'd rather give them a negative star. read more

This company is the absolute worst ever. This company is the reason I triple check with business about who they use to ship products. If I could give this 0 stars I would. When shopping online, double, triple, quadruple check they don't use LaserShip in any capacity. Back in November 2019, I placed an order and needed it relatively quickly - which the shipping that I selected with my products indicated wouldn't be an issue. Nope - this dumpster of a company messed up the delivery so badly the store actually gave me a refund. I mistakenly hit "order" before checking last month. No surprise here, it's been almost a month and LaserShip has done *nothing.* I am once again in the process of getting a refund. I urge you to run, not walk, away from this company. read more

The local office doesn't answer the phone, and the company customer service is not concerned nor willing to help. I called first thing in the morning asking the whereabouts of my package and they stated they had a picture of where the package was delivered but the description did not match my residence. I asked if the picture could be sent to me and they couldn't send it to me. They said I would have to wait until Monday (the next business day) so they could get in touch with the delivery driver to find my package. This is a sham of a delivery company, I don't understand why a legitimate company would tarnish their reputation by being associated with Lasership. Despite multiple attempts to contact them to remind them they're shipping to a business, with hours of 9-5:30 M-F, they never once acknowledged my messages. A $250 shipment was delivered at 8:32pm and left at our door (and stolen shortly after). A second $250 shipment was delivered at 8:00am on a Saturday morning, and left at our door! I wish I could give negative stars. My package was supposed to be delivered 12/06. It was delayed 4 different times. Only for 12/13 to come and updates completely stopped. It said there was an exception. No description, no more updates, when you call you aren't even able to talk to a person. So who knows where the package is at this point. LaserShip has had my package since 11/28. My package is currently at the LaserShip West Chester location, where it has been since 12/13. Google maps has told me that this facility is less than 15 miles from my house. It is 12/22, and at this rate I'll consider myself lucky if my package arrives before 2022. I had a package delivered to my office building. Typically if a delivery service comes after hours (aka the office is closed for the day and locked), they hold onto the package and deliver it the next day during office hours. LaserShip delivered my Blue Apron box (perishable food) to my office building at 530pm (after hours), handed it to a guy named Randy (no one by the name of Randy works at my workplace), got Randy's signature, and left. Apparently Randy was nice enough to at least put the package outside our locked office suite... so if one of my coworkers had not still been in the office, my box of perishable food would have sat there all night. I wouldn't be surprised if Randy was the LaserShip guy and just signed it himself to be able to say he delivered it. read more

Hostile delivery driver called to complain about my neighbor's "foreign" name and how he could not pronounce that "damn thing." Then he refused to deliver their package. Their complaint to customer service about this was never answered. I have also had terrible experiences with them before where they would never even attempt to deliver packages or say they were delivered (but never actually were) and never answer calls. Avoid this carrier; if you order from a company that uses them, tell them about it as this behavior by a carrier is shocking. read more

Had a shoe delivery from Carters - Lasership delivery guy literally threw my package from about 8 ft from my porch.

Had them deliver again today - actually do not know if they attempted to ring buzzer on our condo unit door outside building - but they never do with their other deliveries to us from other retailers. LIVID - that NORDSTROM - NOT NORDSTROM RACK - uses this shipper. I had ordered makeup that they just dumped on our building porch and sat in 86 degree temps for over 3 1/2 hours without realizing it had been delivered. On previous checking of the tracking it kept saying it was due for delivery the following day - THEN BINGO - guess what??? we got it delivered today and sat outside in extreme temps which is not the best for cosmetics. Get your act together and attempt to see if customer is home instead of the good old "dump and run" technique!!!???? Funny thing is delivery said it was "at front door" - yeah - at front door of our building outside- not at our unit door inside!!!!?????? Sorry - not buying how swamped delivery services are since COVID anymore - there has been well over a year for them to adjust to the demand and how to improve their service. Sad thing is, expecting them (Lasership) to deliver another package any day now from another retailer - cringe when I see these people are used for delivery - would rather have FEDEX than them and that is not saying much either. HAD I KNOWN this was the method of shipment used, I would have made the 30 minute trip in the first place to NORDSTROM to purchase items, because now I have to make the trip anyways to exchange the makeup. read more

Luckily it wasn't breakable. This year I have 2 packages (Kohl's and Under Armour) with Laser ship tracking numbers. One has been showing out for delivery since 11/28 (8 days) and the other went silent on tracking on Dec 2 (5 days). I can't even leave one star, this company has got to be the worst delivery company in the world. I cannot for the life of me understand why reputable companies (I ordered from Adidas) would even entertain the thought of using them. My first shipment they were responsible for was delivered to the wrong address and was signed for by an unknown person, so it was never received. When I "opened an investigation" per the website, no one from the company ever contacted me to inquire as to what happened. I received a standard response 48 hours later that they had determined the package was delivered as indicated and the investigation was closed. Fortunately, Adidas agreed to refund my money for the shoes. The second shipment I am still awaiting a status update 10 days later and have sat on the phone on hold for 2 hours trying to get a customer rep on the line - I don't think they exist. I don't even know where my package is based on the info under the tracking number. Unfortunately, this also means that I'll never order from Adidas again since they cannot make any guarantees that Lasership will not be delivering any orders! read more

I ordered from Ulta on Black Friday and on December 6, 2020 I realized that I still hadn't received my order. I went to Ulta's website to check the status of the order and it showed that the order was delivered on November 25, 2020. We were home the entire day and no package was delivered to my home. I asked the neighbors (Funeral Home and State Farm) and neither of them got the package. I contacted Ulta and they are willing to refund most of my money but of course all of the items I ordered are now out of stock. I want to know where my package is. My shipment was suppose to be here on Monday, Never Showed, they updated shipping info to Tuesday, Never Showed, they Rescheduled for Wednesday, Never Showed, They rescheduled for Next Business Day, which under their calculations turned out to be Friday, STILL NEVER SHOWED. Do not ever use this carrier if you expect to have your items delivered on time! Their tracking information will show items as delivered, when they show up 2 days later, or even show that they attempted delivery when they don't even drive to your house. Amazon will occasionally use this company, so when you have issues with them, contact Amazon directly at 1-866-216-1072 and let them know how terrible they are. Hopefully that will drive them out of business. read more
