If I could give no stars, I would. This company is a bunch of lazy thieves. Why the NFL shop deals with them is beyond me. My package left Ohio, went to New Jersey for 2 weeks, then today it's in Reno, Nevada. Did I mention that I live in Pennsylvania? 0 stars. I ordered merchandise from a reputable company and checked the Laser Ship tracking info and it showed delivered. I had been home and I also have a camera. No delivery attempt was even made. I checked the mailbox and my neighbors and no package. I called and was told that sometimes it says "delivered" even though it has not yet been delivered. Excuse me? That sounds fishy. They said they would look into it and call me back. I received no call. Called again. Same answer and yet again, no call back. I called a 3rd time and escalated and was told I would get a call back from a manager. I finally got a call back but I wasn't impressed. He vaguely advised that they couldn't find the package and I should call the shipper and they would send out my order again at no charge. It took 3 calls for a return call, no formal ticket or incident report was ever made, and the tracking website falsely stated the package was delivered when it wasn't. AND on top of that, what I originally ordered was no longer in stock so I had to reorder something different. There is something not right about this "business". Wow, this carrier has terrible reviews. I just contacted them because Kohls customer service told me to (my shipping address was wrong on my order). I was told Lasership would be able to change it. LS told me that Kohls always tells their customers that. He was able to temporarily change it, but then I would have to call Kohls back to have them authorize the change. Shouldn't that be something that LS does? This process makes no sense. Hopefully I don't have to deal with them again. read more

I was home with my doors and windows open when Lasership claimed they delivered my package. The driver even forged my initials. I also have cameras and no one came up to my home before or after this supposed delivery time. I contacted Lasership and explained everything to which they replied that their records indicated this item was delivered and I should contact the shipper. I will file a police report for the theft and forgery. I will never order from a business that uses Lasership again. read more

This company doesnt even deserve a 1. If I could give a negative 5 donkeys thats what they would get. On 2/6 I checked my Amazon account to see where an item was that I had ordered on 1/26. It showed my package as being delivered on 2/2. I checked outside and nothing. I checked with neighbors and nothing. I contacted Amazon. Amazon refunded my money. I also emailed Lasership and asked if they knew they had an incompetent or thieving driver. On 2/8, 6 days after Lasership claimed they delivered my package, I found a package freshly delivered on the ground at the end of my driveway more than 50 yards from my front door and at the edge of the street. It was the missing package. Please read all the negatives about this company. This is terrible. I will no longer order from Amazon until they stop using this company. read more

I selected next day delivery and waited home all day yesterday for it. At 8:30, while I was sitting on my couch watching a hockey game as I had for the past hour and a half, I updated my tracking web page. It said delivered to front door or porch at 8:14. I checked my door and there was nothing. I walked down and checked my lobby (apartment building) and there was nothing. I have written Amazon to say if they continue to use your archaic services I will be canceling my Prime membership and ordering products shipped only from other carriers. To top all this off here's something that happened earlier this week. I watched from my window as your delivery people were scattering packages across our private road, my neighbor who pays for a parking spot was trying to get to her parking spot, for which she pays. They take up so much space she couldn't get to her spot, then when she asked them to move they started yelling that she can't drive and harassing her. These are the people you hire. And why I will continue to spread the word about your terrible business. The only silver lining is that you make UPS and Fed Ex look really good. Lasership is a horrible company. I ordered a cellphone from Amazon, and had to call 4 times regarding the delivery. I was assured that it would arrive the 3rd time by 9 pm, and nothing. I ended up just having to have my cellphone left at my door. ......smh Will never use this company....ever! read more

I ordered a package through Amazon and it was shipped via Lasership. I was supposed to receive this package on Monday, 4/11. Both Amazon and Lasership said it was delivered and signed by "Front Door". By Thursday, 4/14, I had not received it (I was very busy this week and didn't have time to call until then). I called Lasership on Thursday afternoon and was put on hold for at least 20 minutes. The customer service representative asked for my tracking number, and then I was on hold for another 10 minutes. The representative told me that the package was "manually" scanned and not "delivery" scanned. I asked twice what that meant, and did not receive a satisfactory answer. They put the package under a 24 hour investigation, and I was instructed to call back on Saturday, 4/16 (which is longer than 24 hours because, as stated above, I called on Thursday) to see where my package was. The representative took my email address and sent me a confirmation of the investigation. I called back on Saturday. I was then told that my package was lost, that I had to call Amazon to get a replacement. This representative sent me a confirmation email- it was saved on my file. I asked this representative what "manually" scanned meant, and he said it meant the package was on a truck and not delivered. So someone closed out the package (which marked the package as "delivered") from a computer. Moreover, this representative told me the package was marked as "missing" on Thursday evening. If they had my email address on file, why couldn't they send an email letting me know my package was lost? Why did I have to call to inquire about it, if they thought it was lost? I checked their reviews on Amazon, and hundreds of people have lost packages through Lasership. Amazon needs to stop shipping packages through Lasership. read more
