Since this is a Medi spa, I went in with a little bit of trepidation that everyone inside would look very fake, and I would almost feel like an outsider without any fillers or Botox, but that wasn't the case. That was a nice bonus! However, it almost erred on the side of too casual. My aesthetician was wearing a sweatshirt of one of the skin care brands, and with it being a facial, I thought that was just OK, but I think if I was getting a more involved or advanced procedure done, I would find it offputting. When I arrived, they had a bunch of online "paperwork" that they wanted me to fill out, but said I did not have to fill out all of it. I honestly found it a little bit stressful that it wasn't sent in advance, and I worried that my service was cut short by the time I spent filling out the online form. It would have been very lovely to have been offered something to drink during this process. I also felt like my facial/peel was very short, and I did not notice much of a difference. Because it was a cold and snowy day, I would have loved if they would have been offered me a blanket right away when I laid down on the table for my service. She did give me one later in the service, when the moisturizing mask was doing its job. Overall, my complaints are pretty minimal - really more details that would have taken the experience to a higher level. If you'd like an unpretentious medi spa experience, this could be a great place for you! Everyone was very friendly and casual, as well as helpful. When I pointed it out, she attempted to move the filler using an overly hot towel that was covered in chemical perm solution from a neighboring hair salon, causing my face to break out, bruise, and scar severely. When I tried to advocate for myself and ask for it to be fixed, she dismissed my concerns and treated me as if I were being hostile. She even went so far as to alter medical records to add disparaging remarks. Everything in the chart shows the timestamps and shady behavior. She is not trustworthy. I ultimately had to go to a different, reputable injector who was shocked by the results. It took three painful sessions to completely dissolve her work, and I have been left with a permanent scar above my lip due to her poor injection technique. If you choose to see her and feel something is wrong, please advocate for yourself and get a second opinion immediately. She's very unethical. She's suppressing every negative Google review, which should tell you all you need to know about her integrity. It's nonexistent.

While bored in class one day I stumbled upon Leah's insta and loved her style! However, I'm pretty impatient and since her books are closed, I decided to look into the other artists there. Boy, am I happy I did! Through Instagram I found Sam and immediately fell in love with an available flash piece she had posted on her IG story. I decided to reach out through email that night because I couldn't stop thinking about how cute it was. She got back to me the next day telling me the piece was still available-- woohoo! We shot a few friendly emails back and forth about size, color, and pricing (she works for ~120 an hour) and worked out an available time later in the week. This isn't my first rodeo with tattoos, so believe me when I tell you I could NOT BELIEVE how comfortable she made me feel the whole time (it was like chilling with an old friend). Even better, the tattoo was the least painful I have EVER gotten. I even pointed out that I couldn't believe how little pain I was experiencing. Whoever taught her, taught her well. I've been wanting to get a chemical peel for sometime now, and decided to give it a try here. For those who don't know, a chemical peel facial essentially removes layers of skin to help improve the appearance of wrinkles, acne, scars, uneven skin tone... all things my skin is in need of. A whole skin resurfacing, if you will. I saw Riley, who was a new-to-me aesthetician, and I really enjoyed her! She did a fantastic job of walking me through the entire process of a chemical peel. From the facial procedure itself, so what after steps will look like, and how to care for my skin during all of it. Apparently your skin can tingle and burn to a degree while getting this done, as they are using some stronger acid blends working to enhance the skin clarity. I personally didn't feel much burning sensation at all, but Riley is there with a fan to help cool the process. The peel application didn't take more than 25/30 minutes (which surprised me), but I was in and out. With chemical peels, it's expected that your skin will literally "shed" over the course of a week or so, allowing new skin cell turnover and the smoother skin below to surface. I'm on day four since I had this done and today is the first day I'm really started to see the shedding. Is it cute? No. But is it working? Absolutely. My skin is even purging a bit, which just proves the treatment it working really deep, pulling out crap, dirt, bacteria, etc. I've also already noticed a difference in texture, as it's looking smoother. I'll plan to go back in 4 or 5 weeks for another peel treatment, as recommended to meet my goals of really healing my skin from the acne scarring, poor texture, and hyperpigmentation. For once I'm excited about results!!

After reading about their physicians, I decided to call them for an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment for 2/1/2027 when I made the appointment in March 2026. It was that far out because as a physician, I only like to see physicians, not midlevels (nurse practitioners or PAs -- side note, it is your right to ask to see a physician and not a midlevel). They did accomodate that request, but I had to wait almost a year for that appointment. In less than two months after making that appointment, I received a form letter saying that the physician with whom I had an appointment was no longer going to be seeing regular patients, only doing cosmetic derm, and she spent a lot of time deciding who she wanted me to go see -- she wanted me to see one of the PAs. Yeah, no. I can find another dermatologist. So while, I did not actually see anyone in the office, I did have experience with trying to establish care, requesting a physician, and then that being denied. As a physician, I will not tolerate being pushed to midlevels, and neither should anyone else.

When I experienced little to no results and FULL movement of the injected areas, they brought me back to pitch me a 'touch up' a mere 10 days later at FULL price. Tricky. I passed and went to a new technichian who was baffled that the amount of Botox I recieved produced such underwhelming results, especially for a 'first timer.' My comments on their personal site were deleted and I had an aquaintance had her similar comments deleted as well. In fact, you'll have a hard time finding ANY comments on injectables on their page. Lipo performed by the Dr. himself, seems to produce many happy people. The assistants were just short of rude regarding my concerns and I doubt the good Dr. was ever even enlightened of my case. Do yourself a favor and seek an establishment who SPECIALIZES in injectables. Nearly 500.00 was a lot of money right now for someone like me who was looking forward to just a reasonable, pleasant result!
