I went to Sweet Tox hoping to get some help with the forehead lines that had started to bother me. The goal was to smooth these as much as possible, without actually altering any other part of my face. I can see why everyone talks about how adorable and trendy this place is - such a cute interior packed with pink, fluffy couches, and bright decor! I found the woman at the front desk to be super friendly and helpful. She welcomed me, gave me a run down, snapped some photos, and gave me overall positive vibes. The gal who took me back for the injections though, kind of the opposite, as she didn't seem all that jazzed to be there. For a first timer (me), I'd hoped for a little more welcome, excitement, and assurance from the person putting needles in my face I guess. It was a quick session, only 10 minutes or so, and very limited pain. It was made clear that I wouldn't see any differences for at least 1-2 weeks. That was indeed correct. By day 8/9 I started to see some smoothing out of the lines (yay). By 2.5/3 weeks however, I starting having negative results: extreme upper eye puffiness and swollen/hooded eyelids. Since then, I've had to wake up every morning and try to massage my face to such a degree in attempt to get rid of the lymphatic fluid that's clearly stuck there as a side effect. Shout out to my gua sha for all the help! In doing some research, this exact scenario has been a negative botox side effect for plenty of others, which just confirmed to me that this should not be happening. It's taken so much effort every single day to try to elevate this puffiness, and I've been super bummed about it to say the least. And yes it's been noticeable to those close to me that know my eyes aren't normally hooded/puffy. I did reach out to the business, and their response was very kind- they made a clear effort to support me and make it right! However, more botox to fix my issue just wasn't going to be a yes from me after being slightly traumatized, and in general I'd rather let time pass (this side effect fade), and not look back. Sharing my experience not at all to spread negativity about the business, but instead to share the friendly reminder to do your research, follow your gut, and know that there are of course risks when having any kind of cosmetic work done. Sweet Tox seems beloved by many, which is wonderful as it's a local business, but personally that was a first & last for me. read more

I recently got Botox at Sweet Tox. What a great experience! From initial phone call through treatment, these ladies are kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Nothing was too drawn out. My questions were answered thoroughly and truthfully. Sammy did my treatment and she was excellent! She was conservative with the product, which was reassuring. My eyelids had been drooping, causing a little hook and wrinkle at the corner of my eyes, as well as some deepening in my "11"s. I didn't want Spock-brows, all arched and fake. I wanted to look natural and smooth. She cared about the results I wanted and wasn't just upselling me. I felt reassured by her experience. I'll definitely be returning. Great work ladies! read more

Sweet Tox - Subtle but effective. Very little product. - Medical Spas Near Me - Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

I had my first lip filler experience at Sweet Tox today and it was great! Laken was so sweet and did such a great job of checking in on my throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and really took the time to get to know my goals before we got started. I love my lips and can't wait to see what they look like once the initial swelling goes down! On the business side of things, they are incredible! Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and knew what they were doing and they work like a well oiled machine. The entire place is so cute and pink and makes the whole process seen really fun! read more

My first experience here was wonderful! I was lucky enough to book with Katie (the owner) She is extremely knowledgeable with all things injections! She's a true artist, knows her facial anatomy, and sets realistic expectations. If you're apprehensive about a treatment, she takes considerable time soothing fears with knowledge and care. I just did tox and she recommended the appropriate amount to achieve the results I want. In the future, I would go back for lips. Her work is beautiful and always looks so natural. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their beauty needs! Just walking into this medical spa will give you a mood boost--it's so pink and whimsical. Seriously, don't hesitate to book an appointment here! read more

I cannot say enough about my experiences with SweetTox. I've been a client for the past few years, and every interaction I have with the entire team is elevated. There are many options for services like this. However, NO ONE will spend the amount of time with you making sure you understand a treatment plan, the investment, and your options like Katie and the entire SweetTox team do for every appointment. Just walking in the door, you know it's not just about the appointment, but the experience .. from the coffee bar to the smiling faces sitting at the reception desk, to the overall vibe of the entire building. If you want a team that cares about you and your well-being, SweetTox is the place! read more

I'm an alpha. But because I have a super hot GF who younger than me, she makes sure daddy stays fresh. I called and sweet tox delivered. Same day. We had a lot of fun on the phone, and while they did the procedure. As it is very feminine they made me feel comfortable. The pink pillows wasn't the only nice scenario. Trigger trey read more

Absolutely so completely happy with my results with Ashley at Sweet Tox! I am new to the area and was a little nervous to find a new Botox injector, especially after having a not so great last experience elsewhere. I am so happy I went with it though! Ashley was great and really listened to what I am looking for and talked me through how we can achieve those results. I love the results and will definitely be coming back in the future for Botox and my other injectable needs! The aesthetic is so cute and all of the staff are very friendly and warm. If you are looking for an injector- this place is perfect! read more

I went to Jamie during her training for a Mini Plump. You couldn't even tell she was a trainee as she was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable in the procedure. They entire staff from beginning to end were pleasant. I can't wait to return for my next round of filler! read more

Just had the queen machine treatment from Dani. Words can't express how detailed she was on making sure every inch of my face was done. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the process. I will definitely come back to do this again. Can't wait to see my final results. read more

My skin has never been better!! Dani is THE BOMB. I am really seeing a total transformation with pore size and skin clarity. THANK YOU!!

These ladies know what they are doing - great environment , knowledgeable, talented and friendly staff. 5 stars!

I was super nervous to make an appointment as this was my first time getting any type of work done. I have always been super unhappy with my lips and I've been searching for the right place to go. From the time I made the appointment to walking into the building, to getting the work done and leaving they were nothing but perfect. Ashley was so kind and informed me with so much information about the products and also what To expect, she talked me through the entire process when certain areas were just a little more sensitive. I left that beautiful bright pink medical spa feeling so unstoppable and there is no better feeling than that. The medical receptionist Dani was so sweet, funny but professional which is a perfect way to enter and leave. Katie answered questions prior to me making the appointment which really pushed me to make the decision and I'm glad I did. Thank you guys so much for making people like me feel confident. read more

Katie is such a pleasure to work with! The whole environment of Sweet Tox is the perfect mix of glamorous, supportive, professional and educational. My results are awesome and I will definitely be going back. read more

I had the best experience with Laken at Sweet Tox! She took time to listen to my goals and treatment and she helped to guide me to the right focus areas and product. She explained great options and possibilities for the future but at no point pressures me, just wanted to make sure I knew what I could do. I'm already seeing great results! read more

Sweet Tox is truly magical. When you walk in, it's like you're transported into a girl power dream land. All of the staff are stunning and so sweet and welcoming. I got Botox with Ashley and she is amazing! She is so sweet and gentle and informative. She made me feel extremely comfortable and my results were beyond my wildest dreams. She even answered my follow up questions in dms and gave me great guidance in further procedures. She did not push product or procedures at all and truly catered my care to my ideal results. My forehead is now SO smooth, my skin is way less oily, and my pores on my cheeks are dramatically less noticeable. I am moving to California in a week but I plan on traveling back every few months just to go back to Sweet Tox. It is worth every penny for the positive experience and confidence you gain. read more

False advertising! I paid $800 for the "full plump" in my lips and could not tell I had anything done after two days. AND I still had some filler in my lips from previous injections a year ago from somewhere else. So I called Ashley back at Sweet Tox and she told me I could come back and pay an additional $50 for a tiny tiny bit more (like an eighth of a syringe) to be injected. Which would've done nothing. I should've gone back to my same place that was much cheaper but the pictures at Sweet Tok were so enticing. Sure they are very nice there and its a cute place but I paid $800 for nothing. Basically they want you to keep coming back and getting more and more injections but by then it costs thousands of dollars to get the look you want. NOT like the picture they advertise. read more

The first time I came to Katie was about a month before my wedding. I came in with high expectations from all the wonderful things I had heard about her, and she far surpassed those expectations within minutes of meeting her! Her sweet bedside manner made me feel so comfortable, and she educated me on so many procedures I had questions about. I never once felt pressured into any other services, and she always kept things honest! You can truly tell she cares and wants to make you the best version of yourself. If I could give more stars, I would! It's been almost 3 years now since our first introduction and while I've had to see other injectors due to poor appointment planning on my part, when I walk into SweetTox I feel home and it's all because of Katie! read more

Cannot say enough good things about Katie and my experience at Sweet Tox. From the booking to the actual appointment- everything was so easy and stress-free. Katie is an absolute sweetheart and a total professional. She explained EVERYTHING to me before starting anything, and answered all of my inane questions. The actual injecting really isn't painful and there was no down time. (I had Dysport in my forehead). I would 100% recommend Katie to everyone, and I will be a forever patient Side note: the Sweet Tox office has the cutest decor I've ever seen- adds to the whole lovely experience read more

I am so grateful to have found a place like Sweet Tox to help me get started with Botox. I had a really negative experience the first time I got Botox with some staff being rude and judgmental so I was very nervous and anxious going forward but Sammy gave me the absolute best first appointment here. She listened to everything I had to say and answered all my questions. She didn't rush me or make me feel unwelcome. She was so warm and kind and supportive! Explained every step of the process and was incredibly gentle with the pokes. I will never go anywhere else. They are so accommodating and will ONLY do what you ask of them. They don't try and oversell you on procedures and Sammy even started with a lesser dose to see where that got me instead of just going all in with a large dose and having me dislike it. When coming to these kinds of appointments, make sure you have your goals of what you want with your budget and they will absolutely work with you. Couldn't recommend this place more! read more

Clean and safe. Katie and her team are amazing. Well worth the wait, love my new lippies!

Can definitely tell they aren't using the right ratios for neurotoxin reconstitution. For seasoned consumers, this will be detected right away. I'm from out of town, so the higher rating had me. Learned my lesson and felt like my expressed opinion will matter. read more

I did my research before I decided to get any lip filler. Even though I live 41 miles away, I will gladly drive to New Berlin any day. I've visited about 3-4 times now and I'm never disappointed. These girls are the best of the best. I've had Ashley and Laken and I love them both. If you want to feel like a bad bitch, sweet tox has your back! :) read more

Fantastic service, people and results! It was my first time ever getting injections of any sort and Ashley was such a good guide. She listened very carefully to my requests, patiently answered my million and ten questions and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I also had to opportunity to chat with the woman at the front desk and the woman taking photos (I do not remember their names) and they're were both so welcoming, sweet and funny. Already have my next appointment booked! read more

Katie is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! She is by far the best beauty "artist" that I have ever encountered. I say artist and I mean that literally-she is so talented, passionate, knowledgeable and meticulous that I have finally met someone whom has exceeded my expectations; customer for life! read more

At first the pink gives you a feeling of friendliness. I came for filler and had the most tired and unfriendly injector throughout the appointment. She looked so unhappy and bored when taking photos and said nothing throughout procedure. I've had fillers/botox several times before. Was very bruised afterwards and uneven result. The first thing she should have done was recognized asymmetry and address first. Business is trendy and catered to certain types. Priced too high for amateur skill. read more

I got my dysport on 10/19 and it has already faded, not sure if that's normal after about 6 weeks. Bummer and not worth the money in my opinion. My botox lasted me 3-4 months the last I got it. Service was nice. read more

I am a licensed Aesthetician and a licensed Aesthetic Instructor. I have a wide variety of experiences including working for a medispa who also did injections.... Katie is absolutely amazing! I have been seeing her for a few years now, and she's the only person I trust with my face. Even after moving to Florida, I still fly in to go to Sweet-Tox. She is extremely talented, but most importantly honest, which is somewhat rare in this field. She isn't afraid to say no to a request, which shows she truly cares about her clients, and isn't solely in it for the money. Katie and her team truly are the best! read more
