I can't recommend this Medspa highly enough! Lauren is absolutely amazing at what she does. I started going to the Brookline location several years ago and now that location is closed so I travel from Boston to Reading to see Lauren as she is the best. First of all the price per unit of Botox is their secret. Don't be fooled, its over $13 dollars a unit. I was supposed to get $50 dollars off as I recommended a person who did have a service. That did not happen. When I questioned Loretta about such a high price and the discount missing she became rude and quite curt with me. Do not get suckered in to this place. Its a total fraud. Friendly at first, then totally lacked compassion when the laser procedure grew painful. I was burned by it, took several days to heal. I learned later that the laser was turned up too high. Perhaps her expired nursing license was to blame. Very unprofessional. read more

If you over-research and over-analyze to the extent that I do, allow me stop you now! I researched, read data, even contacted current and former patients at LaserCare, and have happily found Loretta Andreottola. I started my journey with LaserCare in Reading a few years back when I had my underarm hair permanently removed. My diligent research paid off. I was extremely happy with the results. I believed and found to be true..... LaserCare was/is the best place for hair removal. My research started again when I wanted Botox. After talking with different individuals and researching my new "project", I ended up at LaserCare. My expectations were exceeded ~ from the initial consultation through the procedure and finally, the results. Since that time, I have had Restylane and Juvederm fillers in my lips as well as the "puppet line" folds from my nostrils to upper lip. And I've saved the best for last.................. I had a large brown, almost black, mark in the center of my forehead. I've lived with and despised this for many years. The latest and greatest laser machine at LaserCare removed this in under 1 minute. Just one treatment and it is forever gone. Next step? Those pesky veins around my ankles............... The only thing better than LaserCare is Loretta ~ a registered nurse, who has been in the industry of hair removal and esthetics for over 20 years. She is welcoming, very intelligent and often times convinces me that I don't need as much work as I think I do. The economy is not good......... but I have found ways to cut costs in other places. This year alone, I saved $2,000 just in bringing my own lunch and my own coffee to work rather than buying it. That $2,000 goes a long way at LaserCare. I did some research before I decided to get the hair on the back of my neck removed permanently. There are a lot of stories out there about people getting burned or injured from bad skin specialists and I didn't want to make the same mistake. When I contacted Lauren she was very knowledgeable and professional. She did a very good job and I highly recommend her. Very pleased. My girlfriend and I started with a dual consultation, where Loretta (an actual RN) was very personable and knowledgeable. She gave great advice to both of us first timers. We are in our mid-thirties and had a million questions about facial/acne scarring treatments, leg/vein therapy, etc. I have been doing leg treatments for several weeks now and am very happy with the level of service. The center is very accommodating of my hectic schedule and makes my appointments convenient. It is relatively pain-free, just some heat and medium pressure. I bruised my first session and Loretta recommended some herbal supplements which prevented issues going forward. She is gentle in administering the procedure and responds to visual/verbal cues if any discomfort. Technology changes constantly and this center has the latest machines. She always double checks to make sure I am at an appropriate temperature. The facility is clean and organized (always a good sign). The staff Loretta/Lauren are very friendly (after all it can be embarrassing dealing with body improvements). They really make me feel comfortable. My girlfriend is undergoing monthly facial treatments and is very happy with the customized facials and her results. Glad we found this place! read more
