This is definitely semi permanent. I had 10 sessions spaced out every 6 weeks. The staff is very nice and will try to upsell so be prepared. I only had 1 minor issue with the scheduling where they didn't completely book my appointment and I arrived unexpectedly. They rectified the issue by squeezing me in a couple hours later. Make sure to check for deals. And make sure you're a good candidate. I started seeing really good results around my 8th session; limited growth and thinning of hair. I would only have to shave 1x/week. But that was at its best. After I completed all 10 sessions (which cost a small fortune) the growth rate started back up again and the hair started looking thicker. I'm now having to shave every other day but the regrowth isn't as "prickly" if that makes sense? The photo is 6 months after my last session. read more

I've been coming to this location for over a year for laser tattoo removal and the service is always A++. You are always greeted with a smile and everyone is always looking to help and make you feel welcome. My last visit was with nurse Jessica and she was fantastic..very professional, knowledgeable, and a very welcoming vibe. I have been coming to LaserAway for years now and specifically this particular location because it's so great. The manager Mona is top notch! She goes out of her way to make me always feel welcome, super accommodating with scheduling, and she's great at helping me get the best deals whenever there's a promotion. My girl Jess, always has my back. I trust her wholeheartedly with the treatments I receive from her knowing she is always erring on the side of caution to give me the most natural results so I look like the best version of myself. Love this place and will continue to come here telling everyone how great it is!!! read more

It was impossible to cancel my phone consultation. The extremely rude female from LaserAway called she tried to argue with me. After she rudely insulted me about not canceling my appointment. Fact was I tried to cancel my appointment but the website did not allow it. If you enjoy being treated rudely then this is the place. read more

Nurse Gacia Awesome job on my Thermage Treatment! This was my 2nd one and she was very gentle and concerned during the process, if I ever return in the future I would definitely have Gacia do my next treatment. The ladies in the front office were very friendly also when I arrived great experience all the way around. Thanks everyone! read more

After getting a few laser hair removals, I now am a true believer of laser hair removal- the process does take some time to see results. The ambiance of laseraway is very feminine and feels targeted towards women, but they do welcome anyone. I just wish there were more rooms. There was one session where my appointment was delayed for a little more than an hour, and I had to be placed in the consultation room before moving into a regular room. When doing laser for the first time, I highly recommend requesting for numbing cream aka lidocaine cream. That's another thing I was a little concerned about- I can't believe that lidocaine cream cost an extra $100. If you look at Amazon, it's like $10. I'm not sure why lidocaine cream should cost that much, but just to make the experience better, I just added it on. I do see results, and I can see why people do it- hair growth does slow down significantly, and I don't have to worry about razor bumps. I definitely think that laser is worth it if you can afford it. I like the customer service here, and the nurses do a good job of explaining instructions; however, I have been talking to some friends that have been doing laser for a while, and they say that laseraway is more on the pricier side than most places; I can see why, but since I'm almost done with my treatments, I'm going to to just finish it here. If I would've known, I would've done my research and compare prices of other laser hair removal treatments next time. Overall, I feel that LaserAway has informed me well about the process and I feel more educated about it. Again, I am thankful for their services and I can totally see the results. read more

I can't praise LaserAway enough for their incredible customer service and care from beginning to end! I need to start with my girl Sarah who was my initial point of contact that I did my intake with. She gave me so many options and walked me through the process. She even helped me set up financing which was a big relief! She was always a text or phone call away, going above and beyond to assist me even on her off day. What a gem! When I came to the facility, I was impressed with how beautiful and peaceful it was. I was roomed right away too! If you want a good laugh, Nurse Liz is your go-to! I had the BEST time with her. We talked, laughed, and had a blast together while I got my under arms, Brazilian, and legs treated. This was my very first time getting lasered and I was super nervous, but Liz was patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. She offered me breaks when I needed it and our conversation distracted me from any discomfort. Cannot wait for my next treatment! Thank you LaserAway Tustin! read more

The quality of service LaserAway Tustin is truly the best. I would like to give a shout-out to Nurse Melissa, she's the reason why I've chosen to stay as a loyal client of LaserAway's. She is so personable to talk to and thorough with treating all my problem areas. What you need to know: there are plenty of medspas in the Irvine, Newport, Costa Mesa region that offer laser treatments but I still chose to continue paying a premium at LaserAway because of the impeccable customer service and professionalism. I am really happy with the results I've been seeing throughout the 8 treatments so far. I highly recommend purchasing the maintenance package to take off any hairs that may grow back after your full treatments are complete. PS: thank you June and staff for always infecting me with your bubbly and sweet persona! read more

Took advantage of the Black Friday offer with face + underarms (for free) package! Had a great first session here with Nurse Michelle! She addressed all my concerns and questions before the treatment and was super kind and very quick with the process. She also asked if I was okay every time I was zapped to ensure I was feeling okay through the process. I was in and out of there in no time. Also shout out to Shabi! She answers my questions through text very quick and is super kind and caring as well! All the staff here as well were all very welcoming! Looking forward to the next session read more

Typical bait and switch. Company sends email stating they have 70% off laser package and to book a consultation. I did. Lady calls me and goes "yeahhhhhh noooo that's only for stuff like underarms and nothing for the face area. But we have a monthly payment program you can sign up for." Double checked the email and website - no disclaimer stating it's for specific areas only.... read more

The staff here is second to none! When you walk in, you immediately feel a warm welcome. I especially appreciate Mona who helped change my treatments from Clear and Brilliant to Instant Glow. She was super caring and understanding when I brought up my initial discomfort and redness. She helped me find a more gentle treatment that I was comfortable with. The nurses and hostesses are also super friendly. They provide cleansers and wipes if you need them to wash off make-up. Rooms are clean; nurses wear gloves and masks, and they are good about talking you through the laser intensity during treatment. read more

Stick with me until the end mkay? I had driven by this location a number of times but never really looked into it until I was spammed by Facebook with advertisements of Laser Away's huge mega mondo sale.... So I went in to ask way too many unnecessary questions about everything. Who knew they offered SO MANY SERVICES?!! I walked in to inquire and Mona was the first and last person I ever needed to see there. She convinced me on a discounted laser hair removal package (several areas plus the active sale at the time), I put together the PERFECT PITCH for my husband and we were off to the races. Btw: Corporate, if you're reading, Mona is absolutely the F***ng best at what she does. But I don't think I need to tell you that..... ANYWAYS while Mona is fantastically epic at the front desk a real HUGE SHOUTOUT needs to go to the RN who treats me for every appointment: NURSE MELISSA. YOU THE REAL MVP BABE!!!!! Today she did a Botox treatment for me and while it wasn't my first time getting it, it was a first for me to react with lightheadedness and sweating (my body has been going through some things recently but anyway) You've seen Around The World In 80 Days? I went around the world in about 80 seconds and when I came back Melissa had water in my hand, an ice pack on my neck and she was holding both my legs up. She talked to me softly, explained the scientific reason for my reaction (which honestly was a great distraction because low key I was panicking a little) and I was feeling better in no time. She didn't leave me until she was absolutely sure I was fine and even when she did go to her next patient she sent someone else to sit with me until I was ready to get up. I can't you guys Every time I go there I never want to leave. Officially my 2 favorite things I look forward to are my book club meetings and my appointments at Laser Away. read more

I'd like to give a shoutout to Nurse Aleese and all of the kind, beautiful staff at this LaserAway location!! I'm super satisfied with my first treatment of laser hair removal and did not experience any pain or discomfort whatsoever. Aleese was super friendly, talking me through all of my questions, and making small talk to make me feel so welcomed! Not only Nurse Aleese, but the front desk staff as well were incredibly friendly and kind to me from the second I stepped in. I will definitely come back to this location and recommend laser hair removal for anyone considering it. read more

Update: I've now had multiple session at laser away and I am very satisfied. After the first session I already started seeing less hair growth and thinning of the hair. The length of time the hair takes to grow back has also increased with every visit. All of the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I always get an appointment right away and anytime I have to reschedule they are nice about it and help me right away. Nurse Katie is the most recent nurse I work with and her happy personality was a pleasure to be around. The treatment with her was also fast and painless. I highly recommend and can't wait to start treatment and more areas. I referred my cousin to laser away and she bought the Brazilian / underarms package and raves about it. Says it's her best beauty investment she's made. read more

Nurse Leah did my first Thermage today. She keeps caring and answering all questions. I recommend Tustin LaserAway. Thank you so much.

Laser away has given me an absolutely amazing experience. Starting with the front staff, they were very attentive and patient when it came down to my questions and needs. Secondly, the treatment I received from the nurse was very professional and efficient. Minimum discomfort & the results of my laser hair removal really made me a happy client. Been coming to the Tustin location for 2 years now and the staff is is great and friendly. All nurses have been great except for maybe one out of all my visits. So much better than waxing. read more

This is my updated review to rave about Lexy. I spoke with Lexy who provided a package discount for their promotions while in the studio. I told a friend about the promotion and she was unable to secure the deal from her own LaserAway, so we both got on the phone to speak with Lexy. Lexy was incredibly professional, helpful, and really listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. She helped us both and I am really happy that the customer service at Tustin LA is top notch! Lexy is amazing! Laser Away is lucky to have her! read more

I've been coming to the Tustin location since summer 2023 and I am always welcomed so warmly by the gals at the front. I have been getting laser hair removal, botox, and cool sculpt here for the last 3 years. Im happy with the quality of the services, experience of nurses, quality and cleanliness of the facility. Nurse Jessica did my last Botox and suggested a few additional spots and wow...my eyebrows and lids are so nice and lifted! She really knows her stuff and is experienced In injecting Botox! I highly recommend this facility for services. I have gone elsewhere but came back here bc i wasnt happy with the other botox injector at the other non laser away facility. read more

This was my first time at laser away, and it was delightful to say the least! Everyone was super helpful answering my questions and the appointment itself was quick, easy and didn't hurt much at all. Rescheduling/scheduling is very simple too. Can't wait to go back and soon be hairless. read more

I was shopping around for a place to start laser hair removal for first time. Compared to other locations, this place stood out since they provide excellent customer service upon inquiring. I appreciated everyone being so helpful and walking me through the process and prices. I went for my first appointment and all staff was very pleasant. The RN who did my laser removal was professional and friendly, did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. It is also convenient that you can make appts at any location, as needed. I am one to have very sensitive skin, so I was happy to see that after my first session, I had no issues at all. No bad reactions or discomfort whatsoever. I was also super relieved that pain wise, it's minimal to none! I've done a little bit of tattoo laser removal and Brazilian waxing , those hurt WAY more than this. It gets a bit sensitive in Brazilian area as expected, but super tolerable. Excited to see results after I complete my sessions. read more

Nurse Melissa walked me through my options for my needs very thoroughly. She helped me understand my stubborn wrinkle in my case is due to my strong forehead muscles and are not related to an elasticity issue. I was suggested clear and brilliant or potenza. The potenza will be less treatments for the results I want but maybe a tad bit more painful for me (keep in mind I'm a baby when it comes to pain and they do numb you first). I'll post photos of my progress. read more

Stay far away from LaserAway for anything Tattoo Removal related. They have very weak machines with very conservative settings.
