Painters/Stainers are NOT good ( can't mach your color even after 2 tries)( my house painter did it in 30 min ) Actual list: Check and double check contract ( specially mediation part) contract is designed to be in company's favor. Keep ALL records of times they show up,leave also phone calls and person u spoke with (all of them have short memory) and u will need this in court. Also a couple of hundred feet of black brick all around our property. His price was so good I hired him on the spot. He came in a week later and just finished the job. After only 5 hours the job is now done and the results were better than I could have hoped for. Everything looks almost new. Saved us $ 50K in not having to tear everything out and re-hardscape!
