My bracelet was appraised by GIA which certifies 95% of the diamonds that come from jewelry stores all over the country! It was extremely reckless and disrespectful for her to value a customer's piece of jewelry without putting under a microscope and assessing the cut and clarity of the diamonds! As I walked out she also proceeded to tell someone very loudly that she doesn't do anything for free! She has a nice-nasty attitude that lacks tact, professionalism and more importantly integrity! I heard she used to be in a kiosk in the mall and she moved to a storefront. He made it very simple to do business with them and was able to pull a file from where my company had placed a similar order three years ago. I brought my bracelet here to be fixed as it snagged on something and was ripped apart. I work in…read morethe mall so i figured it was a convenient location to go to. I had a great conversation with Tina on 5/30, and she took in my bracelet to get a quote from the lady who would actually be fixing it. She said they would call me when they had the final price. 3 days later on 6/2, i received a text saying it was ready. When i called the store that day, i spoke to jennifer. Jennifer was the rudest person i have encountered in customer service. She answered as if i was bothering her and when i asked why they fixed it without calling me to ask if i was okay with the final price, she said she was not told to give a quote and that it was fixed now so i just needed to come get it. I asked how much it was and she said $55. She said she could quite literally "rip" it apart if i wasnt okay with price. Thats interesting to say to customers who trust you with their jewelry and very cold. I work in retail and i could never imagine saying something like that to a customer, especially at a jewelry store. I just said to not touch it and that i would get it. I hung up and i could not believe her attitude. I will not come back if that is the kind of people you guys hire to fix jewelry. What an awful representation of the brand. It sadly looks like the reviews mentioning bad communication skills is true. Just go to a real jewelry repair shop, do not trust someone who threatens to rip apart your jewelry if u will not pay.
