Although I had not shopped there in the past (we do not live there) Tim was terrific, he answered all my questions, showed me several options, and spent all the time I needed helping me. I decided because of his efforts to order a watch and Tim put me on the list to contact me when my Rolex watch arrived. he was also very kind to my wife and offered to clean her ring while we were looking at all of their fine selection of jewelry. The owner quickly looked at the bracelet and proceeded to tell me that she doesn't recommend bracelets under $500 to get a safety chain! I told her that my bracelet had been appraised and it's worth well over $500 and she proceeded to tell me that a jewelers appraise pieces for whatever they want! My bracelet was appraised by GIA which certifies 95% of the diamonds that come from jewelry stores all over the country! It was extremely reckless and disrespectful for her to value a customer's piece of jewelry without putting under a microscope and assessing the cut and clarity of the diamonds! As I walked out she also proceeded to tell someone very loudly that she doesn't do anything for free! She has a nice-nasty attitude that lacks tact, professionalism and more importantly integrity! I heard she used to be in a kiosk in the mall and she moved to a storefront. If she isn't careful about treating customers and prospective customers with respect she will find herself back in that same kiosk or out of business!
