He worked on my icemaker for a long time and accessed so many areas I don't believe the first service even knew about. After the tech worked on my machine, he told me he couldn't fix it and needed to bring an 'older' technician back to my home at another time to service my machine, but the price would still be $230, as agreed upon before they came on to my property and into my home. After the technician left, the 'Owner' called me, and said that he'd need to double the price for them to come back and fix my washer. This is after they'd already come and laid their hands on my washer. He said this was ok because they hadn't charged me anything, yet. I explained how unacceptable that was, and that I should be charged what we agreed upon before his technician touched my washer. Now I have a taken apart washer in my floor, with parts everywhere, with no ability to get it put back together. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ON TO YOUR PROPERTY!
