Fast turnaround and great customer service!…read more When I needed a trophy with a quick turns time in Atlanta, Yelp led me to Specialty Engraving & Trophies and what a win. I really didn't know exactly what I was looking for to start but lucky me, they made it so easy. I don't love having to go into stores (because of traffic and I'm a tired girl lol) or having to simply guess and order over the phone as some trophy stores expect. They make it so easy by offering up all their options online, allowing you to order in store, over the phone or online. Score. I was able to browse through all of the options and came across the perfect design. It's been a few years since I've purchased a trophy so I didn't know what to expect as far as pricing but I was so blown away that I walked out with 5 lines of engraving + rush time and didn't spend over $80. I received proofs back within 30min of submitting my order! I made a revision to a line I previously submitted and the revisions were back within minutes. Incredible turnaround time. I was waiting around for an email/call telling me it was done and was so worried it wouldn't be ready in time. When I called (about 7 days after my initial order) hoping and praying that it was ready, I overheard the team member I spoke to (who was a sweetheart) say to another coworker that it had been ready for like 5 days lol. Oops. I don't believe I did, but maybe I missed an kind of "ready for pickup" communication? But who cares, I was more focused on the fact that it had been finished so quickly! :) Pickup was super easy, every employee I spoke to was incredibly helpful and patient as well. They have two pickup locations and I picked up at the Midtown location. Located in a plaza with restaurants and a few other businesses, there's lots of parking and it was a quick process. The trophy was perfect!! I know where to turn when I need another.

Wasted money & time. I would have ordered through Etsy but…read morewas concerned about timing. Ordered a small engraved plate, was told it would be a week to be done. Paid twice as much and was called the following Friday that is was done and would leave outside for me to pick up after hours. Showed up and was not there. They're also not open on the weekends so this order was a waste as I needed it that Saturday. Learned a lesson not to rely on them. The item also did not get engraved, just printed on the plate. I do not recommended as they're customer service is lacking and seems like they are very unorganized as they had a hard time even finding the plate when I showed up Monday to pick up the useless order.

My goal was to have an engraved gavel to give as a present to a friend, and Jamie in Sales helped me decide on what options would work best. I asked if it would be possible to do an image in the engraving, which I knew was a far-fetched idea, but he thought for a bit, considered the possibilities, and said he would try it. After working on the problem for a while, he gave me a call and suggested a different way to do the engraving plate, which he thought would work better for the image. I trusted his judgment, told him to go along with the new plan, and was happily rewarded with a perfect present to give my friend. The Benchmark team communicated with me continually about the progress of my request and any changes that they recommended. I really appreciated being kept abreast on everything. They walked me through my questions and made me feel comfortable about putting this project in their hands. I know I only used them for one type of service, but if I ever need anything else similar done, I'll be going to Benchmark. She is a cancer, the crab. I described what I was thinking, got a reasonable price and put 1/2 down. About a month later I got a call and the silver ring was ready. When we got there they wrapped it up in a pretty ring box and a cute little gift bag. It was a nice touch. It is hard to make a crab cute, but I think they did a good job of it. I talked to their cad designer and she told me my idea helped inspire her to make a whole line of zodiac jewelry. Which made me feel happy to help. We will be back to get a set of ear rings made to match the ring. They did a good job for us, they were nice, and we will be back. Give them a chance, it is a neat store, you will be glad you did.
