They had plenty of availability, scheduling was easy, and communication was A1 throughout the whole process. Mike, the owner, was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service. They communicated professionally, listened to my concern, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how much they genuinely cared about their customers. Overall, I'd give their service a 10/10 and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tint services. We chose Polar Tint based on strong recommendations and initially had a positive impression, as the…read morestaff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived for our 10:00 AM appointment on May 15. We planned to have all windows tinted, including the windshield. The team walked us through tint options, pricing, and payment details, which we appreciated. However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves. Additionally, the pricing was not particularly discounted compared to other shops, which made the experience feel even less justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Polar Tint. While the customer service demeanor was friendly, the significant delays and lack of communication made the process frustrating and inconvenient.

I know I should have made an appointment, but I wanted them to take a look at my window first, so I stopped by as a walk in. Manager Mike was very accommodating and took care of me even without an appointment. He helped me get my rear window looking great again! What I really appreciate about Mike is that he never tried to push me toward a more expensive option. Instead, he gave me honest advice about what would work best for me. I've been to other shops where I felt pressured to choose a more expensive option, so I really appreciated that. The shop is also super clean, comfortable, and professional. I'm really happy with my tint and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Precision Window Tint to my family and friends!
