According to him, he had to go get another client, he didn't even explain it to me nicely but rather just said " mam you need to leave my car, I have to go get another client ". How was this client more entitled to their ride than me ? I'm a second class client to be denied my ride for another customer ? The driver was simply racist.

My sister is younger and had a stroke about 15 months ago. She still can't drive, so she depends on services like this to get her back and forth to her doctors appointments i can't take her to! I don't know if he realized she could see his location, and he was over an hour away from him! Eventually, he stopped answering the phone for her! This time, she has been done with her appointment since 1.50 pm, and it's currently 3.34 p.m., and no one has come to get her yet! She uses this service through medicaid rides... this man obviously doesn't care about anyone's time or mental health! My sister just called me crying her eyes out! She has logged a complaint with medicaid and never wants to deal with him again! He's rude, and liar and untimely! The driver that picked me up this morning was very problematic and had a nasty attitude 1st I…read morecalled twice within 20 minutes just to get an update on the location of the taxi. As soon as I got into his vehicle there was no good morning or even a hello the start of any conversation was you called twice in less than 20 minutes and I said yes I did he then said by law we have 20 minutes to get to any calls received. That already let me know that he was off to a horrible start. Then because I asked him about the meter. He said he didn't understand why I asked and gotten very irate as a result. He asked me why did the meter not working matter if I already knew how much it cost me for a usual ride and by law the meter should be working no matter if 1 knows the amount of a ride. Just due to how I was treated by that driver is why I am now sceptical of even taking the taxi. Its no reason why anyone should be mistreated because of any questions asked. If they are going to roll out of bed with a nasty attitude they need to just stay home because we pay for these rides to support and pay bills just like anyone else's businesses that are supported.
