It was sweet (as it should be) but this was balanced by all the different textures. As far as service goes, we chose to do takeout so can't speak much on that. The wait was about half an hour which may have been longer than usual because a large birthday party was dining in when we arrived. We were assisted as promptly as the single worker taking orders could. The interior is very casual. One thing I'd keep in mind if dining in is that the place can get pretty smokey. Not sure how their ventilation system is but when I came back to pick up my order, the inside was looking a little hazy. Cost would deter me from coming back because our order was nearly $70 for what we got. The Halo Halo alone was $10. The quality of what we got did not justify the high price. It could have just been a bad day because they had a bigger party to tend to but it shouldn't affect the quality of food coming out even if it's just for first time take-out orders.
