PROS: -The apartment…read moreitself is amazing. It's small, but cozy. The appliances are new and functional, having a dishwasher and washer/dryer is a huge plus. -It's a studio, at a small 480 square feet, but the use of space and storage makes it feel larger than he 600 square foot apartment we stayed in a few years ago. It's perfect for my boyfriend and I and our small dog. -The neighborhood is safe. Even when we have to park on the street (because, let's face it, the pay to park is expensive and the parking spaces are limited because people don't follow the rules,) I don't feel like our car is in danger of being broken into. -The community lounge, pool, spa, and especially the gym room are really nice features. Kind of adds to the value of the place to not have to pay for a gym membership, the equipment is new and there's plenty of it. -Management seems fine so far, I'll update in a couple of months if that changes. They're quick with responses and friendly. CONS: -The parking sucks. I mentioned it before, but there's supposed to be plenty of parking for those who don't want to pay the extra 35 a month. After about 7, there's usually none to be found. The rule is that you park your second vehicle on the street, and that guests park on the street, but it sure seems like that rule isn't being taken seriously. -Our upstairs neighbors. This is probably a hit or miss depending on who you end up next to/below/above. Constant stomping. They like to blast music after quiet times (I'm up late so I don't love it, but I can deal with it) and then early in the morning on weekends) around 10-11, when I'm still sleeping. This is what sucks.) I understand that it's not quiet time at 10am, but I don't think playing your music so loud it vibrates the floor and ceiling of my ground floor apartment is necessary or acceptable. This is the biggest setback of the apartment. OVERALL: Somewhat spendy, but worth it for the appliances, community amenities, neighborhood/location, and new apartments. You may hate your neighbors and have a hard time finding parking inside the complex.

We had a bit of a problem with our parking and she went out of her way to make sure it got resolved. If you are looking for a new home that has fast maintenance response, move here! The complex is pretty quiet, all of the other tenants are friendly, and my kids love the outdoor space that's on the property. There's tons of trees and wildlife that constantly keep us guessing. We thoroughly enjoy it.

In June the "manager" finally did something about it kinda. They had to cut the wall out and we were left with a room that we couldn't use for a month. We asked her if we could just pay the amount of rent for a 2 bedroom instead of a 3 bedroom since we haven't been able to use that room for a month. She laughed at us and said she hasn't even got her bonus that month. Also, when we moved in I had to clean my fridge and our oven had no racks inside it so I couldn't bake anything for a whole month. Worse place I've ever lived. "Maintenance" would enter our apartment without notice when nobody was home.

This place is a health hazard and needs to be shut down and demolished immediately!…read more I mistakenly moved my family into this literal roach trap because it was right down the road from where my husband was working and the only place in the area with availability. After living here I know why. Thankfully our time here was less than 6 months because ewwww! First our move in was delayed, two days before we were supposed to move in because it was infested with cockroaches; which the manager blamed on the former tenant being a slob. They told us that the pest control was coming to spray and trap and take care of everything and would let us know when it was ready. Fast forward we get a call saying we're good and to come get our keys and start moving a few things in. We leave for the evening come back to dozens of dozens of roaches crawling all over the walls and ceiling. I was not sleeping there so we left and got a hotel for the weekend. They had pest control come back out and found out that this company never actually did anything the first time they came out. Second this place was not cleaned in the slightest before we moved in. There was dust and dirt all over everything. Several stains on the counter top and in the cabinets. I understand that an apartment is a place where multiple families are likely to live in a short span but this was ridiculous. I cleaned so much crap and have to miticulously clean daily to make sure that pest stay away. Third nothing and I mean nothing is ever fixed around here. I've filed several service requests including a broken drawer that sliced my finger while being pulled open. Broken closet door, leaking sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. Mold in the tub. There are holes in the walls and very large holes in the floor beneath the carpet that you foot will actually sink into when walking. There are literally so many thin wrong with this place that i cannot possibly list them all. This place is a huge, huge law suit just waiting to happen from what i have listed to the hill crumbling away threatening the lower complex buildings which sit empty. Several time they have said they were going to come around and fix x, y, or z and never did. There is dog shit everywhere on and off the sidewalks and the garbage area is disgusting as tenants here seem to have given up on life and just toss trash on the ground in front of the compactor and behind the buildings. Countless times I have walked out onto my patio and looked over to see cigarette butts and boxes as well as general trash just tossed over. My husbands car was broken into by some little shit head here. No just no. Learn from my mistake and stay far, far away! Oh yes one other thing, there are termites eating away at the building. How the city has not come and shut this place down is seriously beyond my comprehension. I'm thankful my husband received a new job opportunity elsewhere so we can get far far away from here! Again learn from my and the other reviewers mistake of living here and just stay away!

One of my favorite features is the private fenced backyard--it's great for relaxing outside and perfect for pets. Management has also been very responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I've had questions. Parking is convenient, and the neighborhood is quiet while still being close to everything in Oregon City. Overall, it's been a great place to live and I would definitely recommend these townhomes to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly place with a private yard.

The management is rude and manipulative. She, her son and mom have given ugly and rude names to all…read morethe residents. They seem professional to your face but make fun of you behind your back. They don't care about the apartments or residents. She is constantly getting complaints from the residents and the management company has done nothing about her. We had an amazing maintenance guy who cared about us and our living conditions and she harrassed him until he left. So my fellow residents if you like someone who actually cares about our safety and living conditions don't give them a good review. Telling the company and management the truth will cause them to be run off.

The wooded area around the complex makes you feel secluded (which I love). Staff is incredibly! They communicate with tenants, are quick to tend to maintenance requests, and care about the property. The amenities are wonderful, outdoor seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, and basketball courts. Close to shopping, parks, and restaurants.

Carlos, I need to know you have integrity and respect for all people. Right now, I am going back to meet the cleaners and carpet people. I also have documentation that shows a lack of fixing what needed to be repaired...so, in writing (not just mentioning the dishwasher, because there was much more than that), please tell me everything that has not been truly addressed at my apt...and why the entire complex was filthy and there were no maintenance people to do work. I have already tried reaching out, so saying that is just to placate me or someone reading reviews. Same as putting in a mold health care inquiry or maintenance request to fix mold...just close the order or file it in the trash...because I haven't received any response, except on here.
