The are not responsive at all…read more After requesting to be present for the move out inspection, I was told that the apartment manager that everything looked great. They even ripped up the carpet to check padding while I was there. Luckily I got video proof. They sent us a bill for $3800. It included replacement of carpet and a bunch of bogus charges. During the inspection, the manager also told me the apartment would be getting a full remodel. Please do NOT work with this crooked company. Side note. There is no parking. Multiple abandoned or broke down cars taking spots from residence. They refuse to tow them. There was dog poop all over and office staff was rarely there to help.

The manager here allows this and so do the owners. I have brought my concerns numerous times but the bad behavior continues. All they need to do is move to the north end of the parking lot. Management has changed a few times since I've been here and I'm very impressed with Monica as a manager. She is genuinely nice and I feel like she really cares about the property and her tenants. She reached out to check in with personally about renewing my lease without me even asking. It was refreshing. Jeromy the maintenance guy is always out making sure the property is pristine, constantly helping tenants in a timely manner, and I can't rave about this team enough. The 3 of them together makes you feel secure about where you are living. As for the property itself, like I said very clean. I have never had any issues with neighbors, parking, and only needed maintenance once for a refrigerator but it was taken care of immediately. My unit appeared brand new when I moved in, so they definitely take care of everything to keep it looking well maintained. I have never used the pool but I see a bit of people out there enjoying it. Dumpster is easily accessible, carports for parking are a great touch for the rainy season. Convenient to any kind of shopping, but far enough off the main road you don't hear much. I would highly recommend Stoneplace as long as these 3 people are there.
