It's hit or miss whether you have to bring cash or can pay through the app(or with a card). Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. They do a good job of keeping it pretty clean. They're constantly coming by sweeping wiping things down Wednesday evening. They offer pizza with your wash. We went on a day where they had a clown entertain the kids while we were doing laundry so it's definitely a family experience.

In the early morning , they lock the back and side doors so loading in is extremely difficult as parking in front is rare to find. . Concrete around the building is broken so using a cart is out of the question. It gets one star for the seating available and clean restrooms. Everything else needs so much work.

When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.

In searching for a laundromat near me, what sold me on the Tide Laundromat was reading that you don't need your own detergent or dryer sheets. It's true, they have everything you need right there which makes this a very reliable and accessible laundromat. I highly recommend downloading the Tide Laundromat app which makes it super easy to load money onto your account and pay for laundry services. You have to load a minimum of $10 which isn't bad since I only paid around $4 to wash a medium sized rug and I think about .75 cents to dry (.25 cents for 6 minutes and .25 extra for each minute). They keep the place very clean so I felt comfortable bringing my laptop in and getting some work done while I waited
