This was the only item we tried as an afternoon snack. Ordered at the counter and she brought the food out to us at our booth. Not overly friendly, not rude either. Helpful with questions when we ordered. Just about every table was dirty when we came in, but I think they're just a small, family-run business with only one girl working the front with great food, making them busy and stretched thin with help. We'll for sure come back to try more next time we're in town.

It cost about $20 & that seemed a bit pricey. We thought the nachos would be coming with additional toppings but instead it was literally chips with queso on top. It made the chips so soggy that we couldn't eat them. The queso consistency reminded me more of gravy and lacked more depth a flavor. The guacamole was pretty tasty, fresh and flavorful. The chips were pretty tough, almost stale tasting. This particular visit didn't leave the best impression and I'm not sure we will be back with so many other options available to us. I think they have potential, but they need to work on their seasoning and flavor profiles- at least where the nachos are concerned.

I've been back twice since my first review. The first time back was to simply try and remember what…read moreit was like because I really didn't remember. While what I had on that first return trip was far from great, it was edible and I even ordered seconds. It wasn't worth the price they charged but at least the lunch prices during the week were a little better than evening and weekends. But still, for the price they charge, the cheap processed cheese they use is unacceptable. I went back last night, hoping for a special on tacos since it was Tuesday, but they don't have specials. This time my wife was with me. She doesn't like salsa so I looked at the price on the queso and it was beyond ridiculous. $6.99 for a small and $12.99 for a large. I told her the price and she said she'd just eat plain chips. Then I looked over the menu more carefully and noticed some significant problems. A combination dinner of two tacos with rice and beans was $13.99. I decided to look at the a la carte prices do the math. The tacos were $2.99 each, a side of rice was $3.19, and a side of beans was $3.10. Ordering everything separately would come to $12.27 so to order a combo would require paying an additional $1.72 for absolutely nothing. When other customers came in I warned them against overcharging and encouraged them to order individual items instead. They thanked me. (I don't drink but I did notice later one of them having to add ice to their beer to make it cold.) Now it's the next day and both my wife and I have had diarrhea today. She doesn't want to ever go back and I don't blame her.
