While the burger (made with Rubia Gallega beef) is incredible, don't sleep on the Pluma if you like pork. We were there without much expectation but extremely impressed by their service and what they served. There was no menu in English but the staff explained to us in details. Actually if you don't understand Spanish like us, it would be kind of difficult to order in the food court. We tried the PLUMA and LA TRUFADA. The wait wasn't too bad about 20-25 minutes after we ordered and it was totally worth it. The PLUMA was well-cooked, soft inside and immediately melt in your month when you have it. The patty in LA TRUFADA was super juicy and great matched with brioche bun. The meals were also served with grilled potatoes which were amazingly creamy and tasty. My husband and I were so satisfied and decided to visit again for lunch before our flight back to New York. We highly recommend travelers to give them a chance to try their burger and BBQ.

It stayed with me for a few hours. The cheddar (switched from provolone), bacon and onions on the burger worked well together. I ended up wishing the cheddar was stronger and the arugula was non-existent. The highlight of it was the truffle sauce which blended with everything including the boiled potatoes and my wife's fries. Her sweet and a bit spicy Iberian pork was juicy, but the fries were a disappointment. They had too much crust and were a bit over done. Just to note the area this restaurant was located was almost as crowded as Time Square on New Year's Eve due to the Holidays, so they may have been busier than normal.

As a former restaurant manager, I watched the three waiters leave the service counter empty handed five times while a waited. The service in Spain is very good, so this is not a cultural thing.
