The recording tells you over and over again that all receptionists are busy talking to other clients. Please remain on the line and someone will be with you shortly. All calls are answered in the order in which they are received. So, perhaps they need to hire more receptionists. We had been going to a large national chain and found them overpriced and the exams were so basic. Dr. Nguyen is by far the best eye doctor we have ever seen. Her exams are thorough and she takes the time to answer questions and educate the patient on what is happening to their eyes. We are older, I am turning 70 and my wife is 76 so we want to extra diligent in taking care of our vision as we get older. Some doctors rush through the exam but not Dr. Nguyen. She also has some of the newest and best equipment that her assistants use in the pre-testing area in the front of the office. And her staff is great, they helped us figure out a few things with our insurance and that saved us over $100! We will go back every year to see her and get our eyes tested there.

The only thing is the frames are pretty pricey because they carry expensive brands but other than that, the exam and whole process was reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, this location shows very little care once they already have your money. I would not recommend this store if you expect support after purchasing your glasses.
