I probably have to use a Locksmith five or six times a year. Cumulatively, it's more than anybody I know combined. Mesa Lock Dhnasty has hands-down been the most efficient, professional, and reasonably priced service I've ever come across. A day before I found Al's locksmith business, I'd tried using another from a 1-800 number that connected me with someone local. After arriving 2+ hours late and spending 45 fruitless minutes on my Tumblr lock, he left and told me he couldn't get it off. He was charging $125. I called Al the next morning on Sunday, I'm pretty sure he wasn't even open for business, and he met me out at my storage unit in 15 minutes. We made the biggest goof of the year so far, and lost our house key at sunrise. We got home after 6pm, and this is when we learned that the key was gone. We called 2 other lock smith services before Larson, received voicemail from both. Larson was our third call and after our experience will definitely be the first call move by forward. Ernie was at our house within 15 minutes, and quickly learned that opening this lock was not an easy chore. This review is LONG overdue but we still felt it was necessary to post a comment about the positive experience we had with this business. Once we took ownership of our home, we decided that re-keying the locks was our top priority. We called a few places on a Saturday (late morning) and Mr. Larsen was quick to respond and provide us with an estimate on the spot. I went to two hardware stores looking for lock picking sets, no associate even knew what I was asking for and I ended up buying two different locks to see if the keys would be a match for the same handles. Not surprised that they didn't. After about an hour of trying every window on the house we gave up and called Larsen. I locked my keys in a running car first thing in the AM, on my way to church with 10 or so teenagers on a ski trip. I had 30 minutes to spare! I checked Google and everybody's profile said they were closed...The only one that looked even remotely open was Larsen, and boy was I glad I called them. We were in Pinetop Arizona to help with my mother-in-laws home. We needed her locks re-keyed so I called Larsen locksmith out of Showlow Arizona. I spoke with Ernie, who was very kind and understanding that we were from out of town and needed this done as soon as possible. He came out that afternoon on time I might add. We were visiting 3 1/2 hours away from home (& our spare keys) and our son locked our keys in our van. Larsen Locksmith was the only place that was able to open up my car. It's a Camaro and is very difficult to unlock. I called three other places. Two of them couldn't do it as they were afraid they will greatly damage the car.
