Got lightning fast service for a vehicle lock-out - he estimated 10 minutes but in fact it was even faster. No problem whatsoever with dogs being inside the car. Was $75 for a location inside Show Low on a Saturday. (The other locksmith we tried to call was closed on Saturdays.) Note that cash payment is preferred. Great service, great communication. What a pleasant experience with this gentleman. We had just bought a place in Show Low that had previously been an Airbnb rental, so definitely want the locks rekeyed. Needed several vehicle Key Fob Keys, and to have them programmed, and several mailbox keys, including having them cut. I called Al and after making sure he knew the correct Key Fob key to order, he gave me a call a couple of days later to schedule a house call. He arrived on time as scheduled, and quickly had the new Key Fobs cut and programed. In addition, I needed additional copies of my mailbox key, but was only able to get 1 copy out of 3 to work, so he left me with a good copy (no charge), and ordered additional blanks. When the blanks came in he called and immediately came out and cut the additional copies. Along with being very responsive, and friendly, he was very thorough, and verified that every copy of a key would work correctly before leaving. Ernie was my knight in shining armor! He literally saved me in the middle of a snowstorm. I was all alone from out of town staying at a cabin I had never been to.
