Called for a quote for a new alternator and was told to bring the car in so they can get the info. Finaly gave me a quote over the phone for triple the cost of the part. I brought the car to be fixed and left it with them. They then called and told me that the estimate they gave me was for the part only and that they would charge an editional $150 for labor. Stranded, I agreed. When I went to pick up the car, they charged me an additional $23 for "shop supplies," not part of the quote, and no reason for shop supplies to be used that I can decifer.
