We would eat at Larry's all the time when they first opened in 2011. We patronized this business sometimes twice a week and almost never had a bad experience. The staff was always quick to correct any issues we had. We haven't been back in about 5 years since moving away. This was our experience this last week when we returned: The waitress got our 2 beverages mixed up during refills, our pizza was not thoroughly cooked, the Bavarian cream had a sour taste and the cookie layer wasn't sweet at all. We are in the area working from out of town and we came in an hour and a half before they closed and ordered two large pizza's. They both were very fresh and had a nostalgic taste that brought back memories of what GOOD pizza used to taste like. We also ordered their "small" cinnamon sticks (as desert) and they also were delicious! They were definitely more then enough for four grown men. We ended up only eating a little more then half of the cinnamon sticks. This local spot is definitely a hidden gem! Definitely will be coming back again! I highly recommend! I'm not sure if they're under new management but after reading the other reviews I can definitely tell you from my personal experience that this place deserves 5 stars! For something that's "so popular" this was a major disappointment. The color of the cheese should have been the dead giveaway that it's going to be terrible quality. Why is my cheese grey... warmed up to give it the next day taste is better. Horrible mistake. Ate x2 slices threw the rest away. Frozen pizza has more rich flavor. Usually it's the major pizza chains that are low quality and bottom of the totem pole wow was I wrong. A new low has been discovered. Wonderful wing... mediocre at best. They needed a more time in the fryer. The skin was just wet and soggy like over cooked noodles. For the ranch lovers.. this isn't that good homemade buttermilk ranch. This pizza was baked perfectly, cheese was amazing, their pepperoni is the best. The only thing I could say that is lacking is the sauce. Not much pizza sauce on this pie but the dough, cheese and pepperoni made up for it. It was also good next day when you reheat it. I ordered three medium pizzas pepperoni, cheeseburger and chicken fajita. I got charged for such, I got home with pepperoni, and chicken fajita and a cheese. I called and was told the person who answered the phone wrote it wrong. I then said I was charged for two specialties . She told me no the pepperoni was a specialty. I asked since when is a pepperoni pizza a specialty? She told me it has always been, then told me there was nothing they could do to fix my order. We went to eat at an odd time. 4:00 pm on a week day so the buffet was not an option. With our bill running $49.00 plus a tip,man, we WON'T be going back unless the buffet is available. I asked him if there was enough sauce on the crust...He looked n wasn't certain so if there was not enough for him to tell me What type of sauce so ...I'm afraid to say...but it may have also been a small amount. He took his other dishes a small chicken parmesan pizza which looked n smelled delicious And some type of chicken sub which looked really amazing with lots of chicken on it to work so I'm not certain if the rating will be as high warmed up but I figure it was good. Although we didn't play games...there was a section for games. This only encourages people to let their kids to come n run wild which I dont prefer but I'm sure is good for business. After receiving our bill for $49.00...we decided to get to go cups for our drinks because they Were delicious crushed ice fountain drinks. To even more of a disappointment...she charged $.55 each for styrophom cups that Were about a medium size. That to me shows the owners r really gold digging on this place since I know straws r cups with lips can't be that high n it's not like she filled them up with fresh drinks. We poured our leftovers in there...most places that charge for to go drinks at least fill them for u. The drinks we already had would had been thrown out. This is just uncalled for this day in age. I wonder if I asked for a refill for there if I would have gotten charged as Well? Either way...watch ordering to go drinks. Rip off. I stopped by in February 2020 with a friend on a Friday and had the pizza buffet. I really had a craving for Hawaiian pizza and to my surprise, they not only accommodated that request but also asked to see if I wanted to try any other variety of pizza. When they brought the Hawaiian pizza by it was so hot and fresh and it definitely hit the spot. The staff brought other pizzas by including some great dessert options. I will be back. read more

This place is GREAT!!!!! I have many memories of coming here with my grandma at a young age and eating with her after a shopping trip. My bestie came out to eat with me and my family here once, and it was a very special memory bc that was the first time she had ever gone with us somewhere, and it was also my first time to ever have a friend come out with us. I was 7 and she was 8, and we went and played in the arcade section to look at the different games. Well we ended up finding tickets that someone left so we played games and won a prize at the front desk!!! My favorite time to go there was lunch time when they different waiters and waitresses would go by each table and offer you different slices of pizzas! It was so much fun as a little kid!!! I have always been a veggie monster so I have always enjoyed the salad bar. I haven't been there in since I was 7, so I don't know how it is now, especially with COVID19 spreading. I love to bring the kids here. The staff is friendly, and the game room is nice. The Pizza Parade is like a buffet, but they bring the pizzas to your table. Everyone loves the big variety of different types of pizza. Definitely one of my family's favorite places to eat. read more

I love this place!! If you like pizza at all, and I'm picky about my pizza, you will love their food. Your best bet is to go during buffet hours from 11:00 until 2:00 when it is fresh. You are also allowed to make a request for whatever you want at the same price but you aren't allowed to take your drink or leftover pizza out. But who needs to?!! If you don't eat all you want, it's not because there isn't an opportunity for sure. My favorites are the chicken fajita, chicken/bacon/ ranch, loaded baked potato, and the super desert pizza called peanut butter and chocolate!! Yum, tastes like a melted Reese's cup. I could eat there any day. Super clean too with great customer service. My only complaint is the shorter hours on their "pizza parade" than other Larry's I've been to. read more

My brother use to joke when we would go eat at buffets for me to go get his food because he was too lazy to...then laugh and admit that's pretty lazy! At Larry's, that dream comes true as they literally bring the buffet to you as they call it their pizza parade. That means the pizza that comes to you is fresh and after making a round in the store, it goes on the buffet bar. There were a few times a waitress would walk by me and I would have to say I would like some of that and they would. Other times they would come up directly to me and offer, other times though I was sitting right where the pizza would come out, they wouldn't offer. I thought they would offer all the time but nevertheless, I'm really nit - picking here about it. You pay when you walk in and the line for the register blocks the door which makes it frustrating getting in and out. Larry's has a lot of variety...Loaded Baked Potato Pizza, Chicken Parmasan, BBQ Chicken, Taco, and others. The pizzas did come out one after another as well so you didn't have long to wait for another one. But despite the quantity and variety of pizza you get, Larry's fail at the most important thing...the taste and quality! It's sad when the best tasting item was the sweet tea which was freshly brewed and really perfect for fantastic sweet tea. Great place to shove yourself full of pizza and try different kinds but most pizza has hardly any sauce and is not much better than frozen pizza. It is affordable and you do get what you pay for but I wouldn't mind paying a little more for better pizza. In the end, variety and quantity doesn't make up for quality. I will only eat at Larry's again if I have to. read more

It was awesome! The owner,Wilson, is very kind and actually comes out and serve with other employees during the pizza parade. If u come during pizza parade wear sweats, I was so stuffed! Pizza parade ,the buffet, is a very clean way to serve pizza you don't even have to get up and it's only one person going to each table serving pizza instead of each customer handling the food. Stopped in while on travel not really knowing what to expect. It is a pizza buffet with a twist. Servers bring various pizzas around to the tables and you take your pick. Some were good, some so-so but overall everyone should be able to find something thet like. Service was great. Very friendly. My sister, her 2 small children, my mom, my granddaughter and myself just ate at Larry's pizza like many times bf. My sister is a Type 1 diabetic and she had 4 pieces of pizza when they came back around and asked everyone but her if we wanted pepperoni pizza. My sister said yes, she herself and her little girl wanted 1. The owners wife told my sister that she can't have anymore because she left 3 crust on her plate and ate the toppings only. Well, half the other people had only ate toppings only or only half of the pizza bf getting more. There were a few people mentioned they left their crust also but they were served. After my sister talking with the owners wife (she was polite bc she is a pastors wife) we left. They were very rude to her. I've been to this place 3 times in total over several years. 1st time, not very good, so I waited a long time before trying again. 2nd time, not very good, so I waited a long time again. 3rd time, not very good. It's not bad in that the food is terrible, it's just not very good. They put quite a few weird pizzas on the buffet, and when I was there, I don't think I saw more than one or two people get any pizza off of the buffet. They put a couple of more "normal" pizzas out, like pepperoni or sausage. The pepperoni had very little pepperoni on it. The sausage was actually pretty good, at least by comparison to the rest of the stuff. They don't put out any pasta at all. The salad was basic, but, okay. The thousand island dressing was watered down. When I first went in I asked the girl at the counter if I could request a pizza to be put out. She said yes, but, when I tried to order what I wanted the girl at the table informed me that I could only request a pizza with two toppings. My husband and I went to Larry's with my 2 year old and my 10 month old daughter. We paid for our food and went to sit down. Since we had two kids we went to sit at a round table at the back of the room so we can be out of the way. We waited for the table to be cleaned up. As we were about to sit down, we were told by management that we could not sit there because that table was for large parties. We found another place to sit. Five minutes later, a family of four was allowed to sit without incident at the same table. The sign at the restaurant says that kids eat free, but we were charged an extra $3.19. When I asked why we were charged an extra $3.19, the manager told me it's because "some people bring too many children". I tried to explain that we had a 10 month old and a two year old. She insisted that only one child eats for free (the sign does not indicate that). I told her we had two paying adults (One child per adult). My husband and I could have both separately and claimed a child. All of this took place in front of everyone at the restaurant, which left me feeling embarrassed. It could have been handled discretely. Both of these interactions with management ruined my dining experience and left a bad taste in my mouth. Although the food was good, it will be a long time before I visit this establishment (if I ever decide to visit the restaurant). read more
