From the first phone call, Ayom was patient and, although, we already had a draft, it required a lot of edits and back and forth design input from him. We did not pay for design services but, Ayom caught typos, and made several suggestions to make the finished product better. He was very encouraging, collaborative and patient and he probably could have charged me more for the value that he provided. As if that was not enough, on the day of the service, we ran out of programs and I texted to see if I could order more copies and get them in 2 hours.....Ayom came through and offered to deliver them to the church or hotel. The product and service far exceeded everyone's expectations. The program is the star of the show at funerals and I needed the family to be happy with it. Even packages from my place of employ(no delivery instructions to deliver to drop-off) are sent to Walgreens. The attitudes you get when you speak with an actual person is uncalled for. I work in customer service and deal with these guys on the other end and can say they are no better whether you are the customer or the actual shipper. This facility needs to be looked into with many of the same complaints.
