He was quite disrespectful to our son (a relatively new car owner and driver) and I was treated with a "flip" and arrogant attitude when I questioned him about the vehicle. Told her what my problem was and she asked one of the mechanics (Tony) if he would go see what the problem was and if we would need to tow the car. Tony was able to get the car to start and I was able to drive it to the shop instead of getting it towed.
