Two days later, he called and said the driver was not available and he did not have anyone who could help me. So a month later, I'm back to square one. Very disappointed. We explained we were in a total hurry, as I had the turkey and we were bound for Michigan that evening, but had to get our other car towed home ASAP. Within 10 minutes, we got a call from the tow truck driver saying he would be arriving in approximately 15 minutes with our car. He was. If you need to just roll up and get something done they are very fast. Average time for me has taken maybe an hour to get a lot of things done. You can bring your own parts or have them order it. Lots of the times I will bring my own and just pay for labor. Up to you. This past time I got front brake pads and a caliper replaced. The mechanic took me back to the shop and showed me what the difficulty was so that I didn't think I was getting scammed. I appreciate that and they remember every time that I bring my car in there. He kept me in the loop on what would happen and how soon the tow truck would arrive. And when Billy arrived to pickup my car he was extremely pleasant and talked me through everything he would be doing and dropped my car off safely at my house without incident.
