On Wednesday June 5, 2019 we order a medium pizza for delivery via door dash. When the pizza arrived to our home it was a small pie with the correct toppings. When we received the pizza, we drove to Largo Pizza and asked MALIK for our pizza to be remade. He not only refused to remake our pizza correctly, but also refused to give us a refund for his mistake. His customer service was poor and for a pizzeria MALIK was a poor representation of Largo Pizza. We highly recommend not to order from here, to not accept their flyers they plant on your door, and to choose other options that will treat you better. This is the second time this has happened and we will never order here again Update: I called the manager and he said even though we spent $70 at their establishment his hands are tied and can't do anything about it. Ordered the a large supreme pizza, 24 old bay wings and a Greek salad for Súper bowl today. So the wings weren't bad, would have been better if they were a little saucy like HONEY old bay not just plain old bay. But they were crispy and pretty good. The pizza was lacking!!! I mean the toppings weren't really supreme...the crust was just okay. But the cheese was horrible! It was like grocery store provolone on my pizza. Stuck in my teeth, gooey in a bad way. We can't even finish it. I've had much better FROZEN pizza. The salad was a bowl of iceberg lettuce and a cup of feta cheese and they called it Greek salad. Disgusting! Let's just say The wings are the only thing worth purchasing. I'm really sad writing this cause I was hoping for so much more! I mean it's pizza for goodness sake! The pizza was very tasty! I normally only eat 2 slices, but ended up eating 4! The ratio of cheese and sauce was perfect. The crust had a nice buttery/garlic flavor and was slightly crunchy in the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. I would have like to see a larger amount of toppings though. I did not like the garlic bread. It was very hard and dry. Many areas of the bread didn't have any butter or seasoning on it. The people were friendly and the service was good. Pizza was really good, and the desserts were good as well. The pizza had a really decent amount of cheese which we loved. Also really loved that they have anchovies which is getting harder to find. Ordered through grub hub because I heard the company's delivery drivers are slow. It Took over an hour for me to get my food. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and they gave us cheese instead. That's it! I'm out! Ya'll can have this establishment. I ordered a pizza and cheese fries online only to get to the store and be told they had to drop the fries still and it would be another 10 mins. But that's not the bad part. I sat and waited for my pizza after the one guy disappeared behind a wall. The other guy I could see clear as day. In the five mins I sat there, he scratched (UNGLOVED) almost every part of his body: both sides of his head, briefly pricked his nose, got a cell call, answered it and swiped left and right all over the phone! Then he proceeded to reach and get a hoagie bread WITHOUT gloves and start a sandwich. He stopped, scratched his back, then his beard. I was horrified!! When the first guy appeared with my pizza I told him about his nasty-azz coworker and he was flabbergasted. We LOVE this place. The delivery guy, Timmy, got here in 30 minutes and the pizza is hot and delicious! 30 minute delivery from any pizza place is UNHEARD of, especially at dinner time. I placed an uber order and then realized my mistake and immediately cancelled it. So why was I charged anyway? The response Largo pizza gave was I cancelled after they had started preparing the food. Oh such a lie! I called them to dispute the charges and was told the supervisor/manager would call me. If they called, you called! I am so disappointed with this restaurant and will never order from them again. If they have to resort to fraud to get my money, they must need it more than I do. I ordered from this place a lot during late nights when there was nothing else open. I would order close to closing time hoping it would come sooner than it did the previous times I had ordered. Even then and every time... The delivery was always late. I gave them another try (after not ordering from them for about a year) while visiting with my godparents and they said 45mins and it was more than 30 minutes late. The pizza was cold and we had reheat it in the oven. So it's been a few months and I give them a third shot. This time my pizza is late again. I ordered online and 35 minutes after I order I call for an estimated time of arrival. I was told my order was 'just put in' 5 minutes ago. So here I am again waiting for over an hour for a pizza. The food is ok and overpriced in my opinion but it's the only decent pizza place in our neighborhood. Customer Service is poor. Whoever has been managing this place the past few years has not done a great job to improve their delivery, food quality or customer service. I have been a customer of theirs for many years; their Chef Salad is a favorite of mine the fact that don't carry pork products is one of the main reason they are my favorite carry-out/delivery restaurant. I went to this place for the first time today. The store itself feels rather shabby; the entire center it's located in is in a desperate need of renovation. In the waiting area, a space heater with the wheels broken off sits exposed on the floor, plugged in and turned on. All the decorations are faded and curling cutouts from suppliers. The menu has the same items listed several times at different prices. However! I ordered an extra large one topping and paid $12.75 (additional toppings are overpriced, considering what you get). It was ready to go in 10 minutes. It's not the best pizza I have ever eaten, but it is defnitely the best pizza anywhere near my house. The edges of the crust are deliciously chewy and toasty, but doesn't have that excellent body to support itself. The sauce is bold and flavorful. Definitely excellent stuff. I will definitely buy from here again and call it a must try for locals, just don't stop by for the atmosphere. read more

In a previous life we usually ordered Papa John's pizza until the political and racial view sof the owner became very apparent in the last election cycle. Needless to say we switched and try to support local independent businesses. We have never had any issues with them, they deliver on time and are as professional as one can expect. Their food is good, portions large and the service is always friendly and polite. I am sure that some folks may have had the occasional mediocre service or a delay of the order but honestly in the 6 years that we have been ordering from them, they have always been on point for us. Horrible customer service. When I first moved here there food was amazing. Customer service has always been flaky. Today I order like I normally do on my cheat day and the guy taking the order procedures to ask can he text me later instead of taking my order. Not sure who is in the kitchen but they delivered a lukewarm pizza with the dough not cooked completely. I send it back and request another one in return. That second pizza is worse than the first so I send it back as well. Then the dirty dog of a manager calls me to tell me he's not refunding my money to my card because I can't see correctly. There is something wrong with my vision The pizza is done and that's too bad. Nope whats too bad is that he got the right foreigner today. I love Largo Pizza. You get what you pay for, and I believe in the category of cheap pizza carry outs, Largo Pizza is the best in P.G. county. Ok so here's the deal... the food here is decent. It's your standard run of the mill take out pizza/sub place but major issues. This place is so da*n inconsistent. The first 2 times I ordered, I got my food delivered in record time, I'm talking 35 minutes. But every single time since, it's taken no less than an hour and a half. I even tried going to the store front to order and pickup, It still took 45 minutes. They are molasses slow for absolutely no reason. The subs are pretty good, but don't order here if you're hungry right then or don't have 2 hrs to kill before you eat. read more

I agree with most... the service is absolutely HORRIBLE! I called to find out where my order was after waiting an hour. The guy that answered the phone put me on only to tell me that my order was leaving now after ordering over an hour ago. We ordered A large Two topping pizza (saus & pep) , 12 wings and 2 large salads. I ordered this from a nearby brewery and told them the brewery closed at 9pm, and I don't want to place the order if it doesn't arrive well before 9pm. The person assured me it would arrive well before 9pm and instead it arrived well after closing. Total waste of money and the people at Largo we're totally unapologetic. Terrible experience.
