I had a broken incisor in 2006; it was repaired so well I've forgotten which one it was. The color match was perfect. Their hygienists are engaging, but professional, painless, and fast. Even the bitewings are merely uncomfortable, not painful. Prices are very fair. I'm now looking at insurance to supplement Medicare, but I may go without insurance and still come out ahead. I will never go anywhere but Largo Dental & Implant.

When it came to check out largo dental implant, including including rodio, Margo, Janeen, and Kim, the company tried to and did twice charge me double what I was to pay. I have a dental discount plan and I don't understand why they accept it as they don't like it and think it is acceptable to charge more than what I am to pay. Very stressful place to go. They don't accept responsibility for any corrupt action they commit

I had signed up hoping to get a failed crown replaced. I left with a temporary crown and when the permanent crown is delivered , it will be installed, averting a potential dental disaster. An additional cavity was found during preliminary consultation and this was also fixed. Overall a first rate experience. Thanks Dr. B!!!

My wife made an appointment on 4 March 2019 at this office for the following:…read more Exam, Full mouth x-ray, Regular Cleaning prophylaxis The receptionist gave my wife a bill showing only the total amount due. I had to call and request an itemized bill, charges for each of above, to be mailed to us. The cleaning woman did an unauthorized expensive procedure, full mouth debridement, instead of the regular cleaning, prophylaxis, that was requested and expected. Cleaning woman said she advised my wife she was doing this however my wife told the her that she only wanted a regular cleaning, prophylaxis, and not deep cleaning Dr. Gonzalez wanted to have done. Cleaning woman told my wife there was not enough time to polish her teeth and would do the next time. Subsequently talking with the cleaner we were advised there remained additional tartar to be removed and this office doesn't do regular cleaning My wife visits a dentist annually and has her teeth cleaned; last cleaning about 8 months ago. This was her first visit to Dr. Gonzalez. Full mouth debridement is for people that have not been to a dentist for a long time. After a full mouth debridement there is still the need for a cleaning, prophylaxis. This office did this to get more money from my wife, we are old and not wealthy. The cleaning woman should have 2 options: Comply with my wife's request for only a regular cleaning, prophylaxis. Tell my wife that if she refused the full mouth debridement no further work would be done. Also at fault is the receptionist for not advising about full mouth debridement being done on first visit and not advising their office doesn't do regular cleaning. Knowing this my wife would not have made an appointment at this office. Prefer to give no star rating after this experience!

They never answer the phone. Never. I called 4 times yesterday. How do you run a business like…read morethat? The dentist is very nice, knowledgeable and very honest and up front. The problem is the receptionist and the phone system they have. The receptionist has a big attitude problem. She isn't nice to clients. She told me on the phone she left me a voicemail with a nasty snappy attitude that she returned my call. You don't speak to people that way. Back in December the week before Christmas I called them and it took 10 DAYS for them to call me back. Ridiculous. Very poor customer service by the receptionist. The dentist and her medical staff I give high scores. I worked in customer service for 30 years. You don't speak to customers like that. When I just called to cancel my future appointments, the receptionist said WITH PLEASURE and hung up on me. WOW.
