Horrifying service! I dropped off a baby blanket to have the name embraided. I opened the blanket to show the store manager exactly where I wanted the name to go. The lady made a scribbled drawing in a 1-in square stating the name would be "centered". I signed off on the order as instructed to do under the believe she understood exactly where I wanted the name. To my surprise, the name was placed on the CENTER of the blanket instead of CENTERED ON TOP of the blanket. Once the store manager was notified she was adamant that I was the one who made the mistake and stated I shouldn't have signed off on the order if "the drawing was not correct". The scribbled drawing was not 100% visible and verbal instructions were clearly not understood. We were made to pay for the service since "the mistake was ours" and was even called a "Liar" according to the store manager, stating that I never showed her where I wanted the name. Aside from damaging MY PERSONAL ITEM, she insulted me to save herself the trouble of making it right. I will not ever recommend this place nor will they ever have my business again.
